What do you like best about the product?
Link issue feature and module and environment tagging while adding new cases.
Bug tracking easier with the very smart filter.
History part in every story helps tracking easier
Search common for JIRA and confluence
What do you dislike about the product?
Time logging in JIRA usually forgot from my side and it will be helpful if possible to create a timer or reminder for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
So many things:
1. highly configurable to meet the needs of all businesses
2. smartly built to report on the progress of generally the most significant business investment (IT/Dev)
3. easy to use by the field and easy to manage.
4. supports integrations with tons of productivity solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility (ability to highly configure it) can be used to build novel flows/ reporting that result in difficulty running the simplest operations and flawed reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is primarily used for Product/ project planning, roadmap management and reporting. Using Jira helps keep the entire organization in sync about the product roadmap and therefore keeps the business story aligned.

Jira the best work management software

What do you like best about the product?
The way it seamlessly integrates with all the rest of the other solutions with ease. Also unlike other tools like github or gitlab issues which have very less options when it comes to workflow and stuff, this is just perfect. We can start using jira in the name of epics for our project linking it along with the tasks then once done we can use the same jira to track bugs in the code chunk. Also I like the plugins they provide which can integrate with github, testrail, pager duty, and many other software. without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when they update they screw up with ease of use. for example now they have added a way to edit a jira ticket description just by clicking on the description but the problem is when we want to check some logs in issue description or we want to see some image attachment in the description we used to rely upon zooming or clicking the same but now since single click leads to editing that is no longer feasible. In a similar way during a few other updates, they made a few parts inconvenient. Why break something when it's already working fine? Also, still administrator only has permission to enable dark mode even though it can simply be a user setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier we are using Jira as an end-to-end tool meaning from the moment we start our development till support we are using jira for project tracking. It helps in tracking the project and also it has a few bunches of tools when it comes to statistics which can be accessed by managers for presentation and same can be used during the scrum. Also since this is locally hosted it's faster when compared to other external cloud-installed solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The best feature of the JIRA is you can manage multiple projects at one go.
2. It allows the managers to track new feature development, bug tracking, and many more.
3. Also, the teammates can raise tickets related to any issue if they are facing
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Jira is a bit tricky software so it might take time to learn the platform.
2. The platform is ideally for the IT industry so if anyone other than this department is using it then it's not worth it.

1. Manager can manage multiple projects and teams through the platform.
2. Manager can get a real-time picture of the project where you are and what tasks are pending.
3. Individuals can also track their progress easily

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage projects using jira . We can break any feature of a project into small subtasks and assign to it right person like development tasks for developers and testing tasks for testers. We can even give the time estimates and log our efforts in those tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes so much time to load . UI looks so clumsy sometimes we do not understand the right set of features or the powerful features.The jira tool is very hard to get used to .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can eqsily manage our projects. We can create user stories ,tasks,subtasks. Every user can log their efforts and it is easy to keep tracks of the work being done. If testers find any bugs they can raise a ticket and assign to developer and so on...

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has served my company really well and across all departments. We use it to build out Wikis for departments which moved us out of Google Docs and plan sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be a bit tough for a non-techy user. It takes a bit to understand all the tools and functionality. Once understood it's a very organized source of truth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to track bugs in our software, and for that, we use the ticket portion of Jira. We also document our start-up processes in the confluence portion so we can organize and branch out by departments. All of our documentation will live in Jira by EOY.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for agile team,Im able to find old tickets by searching,integrates with slack

Notifications can be alot when you on a big team,would be great if there was a ,ore seamless integration of jira with testrails

What do you like best about the product?
I love functionalities about automatisation. You can improve work flow at each project, add automatization task for a better proyect manager

We use a cloud version of jira. I found some functionalities that we can´t use , at least that we buy s third party software or plugins.
