Jira ticks almost all of the boxes for an agile environment
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is easy to use in an enterprise environment. It automatically works with a Kanban style view to make sprint management easy. There are many things that can be added on to help your specific use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search and view all are things that need to be learned, the options for this are not intuitive. Integration with our ticketing system was more complicated than we would have hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps with our product development on several levels and makes sure everything is tracked in one place. We still have the potential for duplicative effort but much less so than before we used this system for bug management.
Amazing Product for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like different methodologies like agile and sprint, single solutions for project backup and direct linking to other services which is most helpful for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which is I dislike is the pricing of all of his products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the combination of multiple software for developers. like I frequently using JIRA with Slack, and bitbucket where I sync with all my tasks and repo.

1. Helps you track and manage new feature development and improve existing and track bugs.
2. Dashboards are game changes. You will have a live preview of what is going on in your project and team
3. Have a process for your tickets and add validation checks so that nothing goes forward without the required check marks.
4. Other products like Bit Bucket and Confluence are very useful and well-integrated.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It might be intimidating for new users to get along with all the features that JIRA offers.
2. Sometimes, if you are part of multiple projects or teams, you might get overwhelmed with tickets coming from all directions.
3. Checks and validation for changing status might make you lazy, leading to you procrastinating and not maintaining all the required data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We maintain docs, screenshots, root causes and multiple vitals of a feature in a ticket. Keeping a log of all helps in referring back to problems that we faced solution that we used to overcome that problems which inturn boost productivtiy.

Easy to use. easy to create a board and create bugs or stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. it's very costly when you use paid version.

The UI is clean and understandable, the app itself is intiutive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the only thing I hate in Jira is it`s only configurable once and for everyone in the comapny. You can`t add fields for only your team. This is a very big disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It`s a very flexible task tracker. All this boards, reports are really helpful when you are working by SCRUM.

Jira : Solution for easing Issue management and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps in managing projects with a high number of tickets being created frequently. Jira's support for integration with different applications helps automate many manual tasks, resulting in effective ticket closure and better SLA management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is very complex, with a lot of UI improvement required. It's not ready to work solution; one needs to spend a good time learning all the capabilities in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage and track tickets created for security-related issues identified across the organization. It keeps the relevant stakeholders informed about the bugs/issues identified in their product/service to mitigate that on time.
Jira Core Cloud is free for small teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira Core Cloud is free for small teams. Jira Core provides a platform for other applications and apps. Jira Software is for software development project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is only for small team. The Software licences include access to Core, because Software is extra functions on top of Core and can't work without it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful as you can easily track the work of other team members. Also, with the help of due date work can be prioritised. You can put labels for different team members to verify the number of jira assigned to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing I dislike about Jira: the multiple due dates, such as target due date and due date, which create problems when fetching data in the Tableau dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helped us in maintaining the agile model, and the business can also easily assign work directly to developers according to their requirements without much technical knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Quite complex if not set up properly with the minimum amount of fields; these can typically run into thousands of customisable fields which are not required. Jira should come up with a minimal number of these fields for project management rather than leaving it to the discretion of the administrators.

Bit of a learning curve, but worth it.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps organizing the engineering team to be on top of their tasks every sprint and to have transparency into what everyone is working on at a given point in time. It is also a great platform to integrate with many other parts of the tech stack such as Slack, Bitbucket, Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to undertand how the platform works, especially not coming from a technical background. However, after a couple of months I got the hang of it and it started flowing naturally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping in project and product management for our software project. It helps keep track of all the tasks at hand, the tasks in the backlog, roadmapping, and shows us how efficiently the team members are performing their tasks.
