Best for Agile development
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that you can configure the stages as per your organization, you can make workflows the way your organization works. The integrations are way too easy both with atlassian products like but bucket and with external tools like freshdesk as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, but could improve the with the filters to search issues and a bit with UI as newbies find it a bit difficult to find various things on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The development life cycle is completely handled by Jira, it's customisable and easy to link with other products.
Example if I commit code on bitbucket and put the jira number in the commit message, it shows the commit, the changes, and even the branches in jira it self.

Stable, easy to use as PO but missing report features
What do you like best about the product?
As PO I can manage the backlog, plan and start the next sprints very easily. It is very customizable and we could adapt the software to our needs in the R&D team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is very customizable, there are still reports and minor things we were not able to get easily of jira and had to code python scripts to get the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the current frontend and its plugins for miro it is the best software to manage sprints and my backlog, even with several sw teams or sprints in parallel.
best way to collaborate on solving bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Jira, I can do my bug tracking and solve bugs easily with my coworker. It gives us ability to log time worked and add comments to bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want it to be able integrate with Gitlab. And I want it to be able to see status of Gitlab MR regarding to each bugs in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the problem of collaboration of bugs and tracking bugs status. Without it we will have to go back to Excel sheets, which is not efficient at all.
Extremely flexible and robust PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very flexible, it allows you to set up everything inside the platform and also creates automation in different things. For me is very useful to have this kind of flexibility
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some sections that are very complex to use, even though there is lots of documentation out there but sometimes is not enough and you need to start looking everywhere to find solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is solving the way e control tasks across the product development team in my company, also is providing us a excellent tool to centralize the new developments support and QA tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Jira for almost 3 and a half years back at WNS and now using in xpo and Jira never disappointed. Jira has so much customisation such as kanban boards, security schemes, workflow schemes, different issue types, linking of issues within with plays a great role in bug tracking and well as project management
What do you dislike about the product?
I was never happy with Jira support team. Most of our issues used to hover around automation for jira and their support team has very less expertise in that which led to SLA breaches etc

What do you like best about the product?
The sprint planning for the project is effectively handled with the use of jira tool.
The defects are properly tracked and it can automatically sends the mail alerts together with defect raised.

What do you dislike about the product?
To close the main story all the sub defects needs to be closed but sometimes the parent story needs to be closed and the child story/defect needs to be handled in the next sprint which is little complex to achieve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective tracking of the defects raised by the QA team and it gives the options to tag the people so that the managers are also aware of the entire process tra king and can take actions if required in case of urgency.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is by far the best for project planning,tracking and managing the issues.
Jira provides multiple customizations like security, mfa, workflows, schemes,views, different kinds of boards like kanban boards etc which helps the team to efficiently keep a track on individual tasks.

Jira has so many bugs and lots of feature requests are pending for developer's review. Also, Jira support somewhat lacks the expertise in their cloud product domain and they need to train the support engineers to tackle complex issues that arises in automation for jira, insights, jira API etc

Jira : Complete package for Scrum teams
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is perhaps a great tool that serves the Agile teams. With my team, I can clearly track all issues/incidents and the progress of the project. Tasks can be divided easily and hours can be logged effectively. We use the dashboard to check our tasks and discuss updates. The integration of Jira tasks with tempo timesheets is seemless and the integration with SQL server is also great. I use my tableau desktop to mark progress of the Jira tasks and present to the higher management. All in all, a great comprehensive product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dont like when I compare with Azure Devops is that its a tad bit slow. Once it loads up, its easy and convenient but the initial load does take time.

Jira helps me and my team track the task progress and achieve project milestones. Its everything at one place, including time tracking, dashboards, integration of Jira with SQL and then tableau also help me present data points with higher management.

Awesome Tool For Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create tasks and assign them programmatically is simply fantastic. It also makes it very easy to keep track of project-assigned tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with some apps is not solid and could be improved a lot. Other than that, it's a perfect tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to centralize all the product development requests and put them in a prioritized order so that the most important work gets done early.
