Great for developments
What do you like best about the product?
You can adapt workflows and fields to your needs, really easy to integrate with other systems to create issues or update them or to trigger changes on other systems based on Jira actions, the API is really powerful. We have several teams working at the same time in different products with different workflows, integrations, ... and no big problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can't change the hierarchy of issues, epic contains stories and tasks and then subtask, you can create a new type of issues, but they will be at the same level as Stories or Tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 7 development teams, we can plan, execute, and control all the tasks, also, we can trigger deployments and automated tasks from Jira. Also, we have JSM for our support agents, so communication between agents and developers is quick

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for one to allocate task and trackinh the progress of the allocated task.

This is a software that we are using in management og projects. With it we are able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Best project management software...which helps a lot for team members during whole project.

It's user interface could be more familiar to users...little bit difficult to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I felt about JIRA is its UI is very user friendly and simple to use. Bug tracking and entering all relevant details for a particular defect or user story is simple. Overall experience was very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt setting up it was bit difficult. Some people in our team also took time to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved problem by organising tasks in an efficient way. Lots of things is there like backlogs, tasks, charging hours etc. For developers it is really good.
Excellent Tool for all your Agile project need
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA helps me to track the Backlog, Active Sprint Tasks, Releases and Stories under it, various types of reports and Search for specific issues using JQL and export to Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a Dashboard for Epics with status of how much is completed for different epics with Status bar is really challenging. It shows the reverse. i.e. it shows the percentage how much is left rather than showing how much is completed again each Epic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA benefits a lot to me for managing a project. To name few :

Jira is a great product management software.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira's greatest strength is that it is perfect for agile project management. Using a Kanban or sprint chart for a scrum, Jira can help keep track of all the moving parts that would be too scattered to manage effectively in Excel. Using multiple productivity charts is also beneficial for retrospectives and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications you get whenever a task is edited or created can be difficult to understand without visiting the chart to view the specifics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This keeps track of everything related to the application, including bugs, enhancement requests and test results. Before each sprint, we prioritize these things so that we can deal with them effectively.
Best agile management software
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, efective, and so easy to use. You can track easily your projects and you can even use agile, kanban and another methodologies with Jira. It's the best software to use for project management in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is kind of complex to use. I mean, to move between backlogs and another tables. Features like markdown should be a default option for the tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy, free and you can even create your personal space to track your own tickets on the way. It makes us so productive. With a copy paste, you can even track a ticket and share it with your company. Integrations are fine, like the slack one.

What do you like best about the product?
We use jira at our company and it really helps you and your team out with task management
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to move the task from one project to other it gets a little hectic also setting it up is quite a work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use excel to track all the tasks it was like not accessible to everyone. Then we moved to google sheets. It was accessible to everyone but it was all static. Now we are working with jira and it solved all the problems.

Integrating automation tool with Jira is bit of a hectic.

Latest versions and improving interface is helping us in create optimize project fields.
