Nice Planning Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to see everything about a story/defect on a single page. Like - dependencies linked, the branch, code repo, and personal efforts on the story.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any Ticket load time is very high. Sometimes the user is frustrated by the loading time.
If we hit the URL for a ticket and at the start, it takes time to fetch data but if we change the ticket-id on the URL then it loads correctly.
Need to look at the initial load time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for all our project management. Starting from the creation of the story, tracking the story, and logging defects/dependency on the same ticket. Checking various insights after every sprint ends.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has so many workflows available for different tasks. Also we can design our company's project management flow as we like using the flexible features of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets complicated to use. I have to search a lot for an issue I have reported merely minutes ago. Search should be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our company expands our workflow gets more complicated. Jira allows me to monitor everyone's tasks and task completion with the help of a 1 shot dashboard for every project.

Quite powerful ticket system for software development

What do you like best about the product?
How to related tickets and the flexibility to add custom fields.
It's also very good to show metrics in how tickets move from one stage to another and calculate sprints and milestones progresses and churns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The markdown writing is ab it broken. You can use them in comments and when you edit a ticket but they don't work when you create a new ticket, it looks like a bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows product/project managers or a development team itself to create tickets and track the progress of milestones and sprints allowing all the team members to interact.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all aspects of development planning, including testing, work efforts is what i find to be of most value.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to reach previous versions of releases or completed work. Analytics can be made a bit easier to follow and extract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping us in keeping a keen eye on progress of individual tasks, complete work under a certain epic and also release and gest suite management.

It's really great how each member of the team can collaborate and present inputs. It is really useful for each company i have worked with as a task management tool

It is buggy sometimes, and we face some delays in few cases
