Jira is a must have for any company
What do you like best about the product?
Organization and ease of communication across multiple teams
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can be difficult and if not cautious your email will become unrecognizable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between end users to support to dev team. Organize teams into biweekly sprints
Well this platform is very well designed to manage projects with a hierarchical functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
Here are few points that according to me are best :
1. Smooth integration with Project side TMS and client side TMS
2. Simultaneous capacity to handle multiple releases.
3. The functions such as Assignee and watchers are always on point which makes our task easier in resolving discrepancies.

What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is bit like a hidden mystery. Lots of internal functionality is not easily explorable I felt.
A little lag sometimes when we try to navigate from one parent release to different. Sometimes it does not respond .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we are delivering a product/solution to a client we don't just deliver it in one go if that's a digital transformation project in my case. We do it in multiple releases under which multiple sprints are there with set of features bundled. So to build multiple sprints we need a central place where we gather business requirements and convert it into a logical solution . Jira provides us that solution where different teams of domains simultaneously start assembling the solution .this way we are able to deliver the entire solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the best tool to manage your projects and is easy to use and track everyday tasks. Jira suite gets integrated with other ticketing tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to avoid duplication of tasks/bugs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is using Jira Suite for creating and managing bug tickets for our SaaS platform plus our Product and Engineering team uses it exclusively for tracking new Projects
Amazing tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and get started, its integration with other tools such as bit bucket is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major dislikes, some integration would be very useful like Jenkins.

Its helping us see a overall view of the project and helps in collaboration with teams easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the best project management tool due to it's excellent user friend User interface and best custom options
What do you dislike about the product?
Both web application and mobile application works well and good. I don't see downsides here

Management of projects. Task assignment. Daily updates. Options to upload the files etc.
Easiness in using JIRA
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard, navigation, smoothness, lightweight, don't take time in navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login support. There should be centeralized reset password policy in place of customised one.

Tasks management is getting easy after the usage of Jira. Resources utilizing time on task is also tracable and benefiting in estimation efforts planning.

As we're running the cloud version, sometimes performance can lag.
