Jira - Agile Scrum Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, sprint planning and tracking in agile projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in special, it could be more cost-effective to fit all business needs across all industries.

Sprint planning and tracking in agile projects.
Jira is really good for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple yet very complex. It's also very easy to create a story/task and subtask.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's confusing when I have to copy-paste the task/story's link because the URL is very long. If I want to share the link in a short version, I have to click the Share button first but the button is a little bit hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves a lot of problems regarding my daily to-do list. So I just have to put all lists in one task and it doesn't have to mix up with another task with a different list.
Useful but not easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Ideal for Project Management with a low level of personalization. When you have a pretty standard and defined process to follow, is a very powerful tool and it really is mature as software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to configure and personalize. There's not much material so you can learn everything by yourself easy and quick. They should have a better learning space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of SAaS implementation with Agile methodology (very good working with sprints). Avoid using excel for managing and getting everyone on board with live updates.

Compare to other tools first and make sure this is what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has a great feature set to satisfy nearly everyone. The easy-to-use sprint board and backlog, easy workflow configuration, and customizability make it a system that is easy to get set up and going
What do you dislike about the product?
Atlassian seems to move quite slow on highly requested features and instead, it seems like they focus on features that are nice to have, but ones that people aren't screaming out for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping our cross-team development. It helps speed up development and releases and helps us to get features out faster that we previously had using other methods

If you need help, the support are always willing to lend a hand to get things set as you want them

The template for creating bug, creating epic, story, task are so well defined.
The best part is we can customize and add new fields and values based on our need. Also we can create multiple dashboards and different ticket boards for easy tracking

What do you dislike about the product?
Once if by mistake user create any subtask or item by just air it don't allow the user to delete the same.
Ideally it should allow to owner to delete the item created by the same user with condition that if the item created has any comment from any other user then the created user loose access to delete the same.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving hell lot of problem. Help in systematic loogging and tracking of bugs and it helped the entire agile world to run things so smoothly. It's must to have tool for all the it professional.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must to have tool without doubt. I can't imagine by daily activity without visiting JIRA every day. If JIRA add feature like daily streak then I will for sure secure 365 every year 😊

It's very user friendly and when used by everyone, makes it easier to track project progression easily. It also helps in identifying bottlenecks easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires careful customisation and needs commitment from the people to adapt and make use of it capturing all the process and progress related information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a unified dashboard and reporting interface where all product and process aims can be saved, broken down into sub tasks, further defined into main tasks, enablers, issues, bugs etc while also defining who is responsible for what. It comes up as a single point of reference for project management.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several tools but I found JIRA as one of the best of all in purpose of defect tracking as well as for maintaining user Stories while sprint planning and execution state
What do you dislike about the product?
It's UI is not user friendly and it's setup is quite confusing for beginners. JIRA is lacking with the new features as well w the reason why most of the agile based projects don't prefer to use it much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One key feature is it allows to share the details to the whole team and one can have the required info as and when needed without any hassle.
It is also useful to Classify the issues and filter them based on priority, type, status.
Defect tracking as well as overall status of project's progress is easier to track here. Test case creation within JIRA is really good from which we can track the Test run and test execution status too.One of the best feature is it allowed to create a Kan Ban board from where we can trace the status of all the team members added within it.

If you are looking tool for your project management, go ahead for JIRA. It's far better than the other tools which I used during my career

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to learn the basics: tasks, reporters and assignees, deadlines, etc. But, you are able to add more complexities if you dare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose it can encourage teams to do everything from their computer rather than talking it out when necessary sometimes.
