With Jira we were finally able to get organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because its mobile application is very intuitive and easy to use, which allows me to post the progress of my activities outside the office. Its reports are very complete, the statistics report has very accurate data that allow us to better understand the behavior of the activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the mobile application is very easy to use, the web version is not very intuitive and its interface is a little difficult to understand at first. To install the program I had problems, it was confusing all the steps I had to follow, but the technical service responded very well helping us at all times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is one of the easiest and most complete that we have been able to use in the office to manage all the activities and tasks of the different projects. Its many functions make daily tasks easier and we can clearly see the progress of the different projects and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This CRM helps all companies regardless of their size or field, because all the functions and tools available, will improve the tasks of all departments, not only in projects, but sales, administration and marketing. You won't need another CRM.

I like that It is customizeable and is a also a technical tool

Cloning task is a headache and Subtasks Name doesn't change with parent ticket name

Jira allows all of our account production and creative teams to have oversight in the development process

What do you like best about the product?
Enable Engineering to use 1x piece of software for all project related tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Only able to integrate Jira with PSA for Company configured projects as opposed to bespoke configured projects. This diminishes benefits of Jira customisation & could result in us using the integration in a very limited way. As there was limited product info. when we purchased the integration we didn't understand the limitations

Effective, Functional Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I just think the quick filters are super helpful. It allows me to filter tasks assigned to me in 2 seconds! It also helps me when I need to monitor my subordinate's tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the dashboard, I think it's best to allow users to modify what they want to see on their dashboard. For example, if I am part of a lot of projects, I have an option to group my tasks according to that and I can arrange it on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well for one, I can see when a ticket has been within the same status for a couple of days. Through that, people can do a follow-up or prioritize tasks for the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have an IT team, development team, or digital marketing team. I think JIRA is the most functional monitoring software you can use.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very strong application life cycle management tool in the industry. Artifact traceability is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation in the tool is little difficult for a new person. But once we get used to it, it gets easier.

What do you like best about the product?
When we follow the agile methodology in over project then Team management is very important to each and every work track then Jira comes into the picture its ply the important role Jira is menages all of this kind of tough for simple UI called as JIRA BOARD management tools like works are divided into stories, Tracking like todo, process, code review. testing, waiting, Done this type of Quick filters, roadmaps, product manage into pipelines, documentation are there it helps lots to scrum master to manage team and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a powerful management tool but it is very costly, When we integrate lots of projects I found in going to the Issues section and searching the issues is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira becomes a life essayer to scrum master because it manages all the projects, Teams, Integrate bitbucket essay, teams scores, performances of projects, and story points to track individual developer. Jira is not for scrum master only it helps lots of clients to track works also and for developers helps to easily see commits, integration of bamboo, bitbucket, etc.

Jira is hands down the best project management tool out there. It makes writing and reviewing user stories while simultaneously planning for various sprints a breeze,
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to provide better software support when things go wrong. Sometimes just having email support is just not enough. They also need to more regularly send patches for bug fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps various teams collaborate on some projects. This helps us work with the business analysts of SI vendors when some up-gradation or transformation is happening.
It is the most mature product for bug management, that continuously adapts to the tech trends
What do you like best about the product?
Once you set up your pages, workflows, components, statuses etc. you decide on - Jira works for you the best way possible. Tracking issues with great integration with your repository makes dealing with issues efficient and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is spaghetti. Every little thing depends on some other little thing, not always according to a common-sense logic. This dependency often blocks you from making the changes you want, urging some inconvenient workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bug management and Test management. The structures of Epics/Stories/Tasks and their coverage are relatively easy to set up and implement, the sprints are easy to maintain and follow, which as a whole increase the productivity

Setting up Jira by a qualified professional will be the key to your successful and fruitful usage of this SaaS. It is a great tool. Learn well its logic and it will be easy to adjust it along the way as you go.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to plan, create sprint. Easy to create backlog and sprint backlogs. Offers many reports in pictorial graph. Tracking and managing is easy. Can add and handle multiple projects same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Self training videos should be integrated in the tool.
While creating spring throws error for date type but there is no proper error message displayed.
