It keeps a track of all the issues perfectly and the status and progress is very well placed.

Sometimes it can take time to assign stories to the user.

We manage our business requirements through jira with sprint allotment,story points..etc

Excellent Project Management Tool I have ever use
What do you like best about the product?
With Jira, I have full control over the workflow, task automation, and design. JIRA is the most convenient tool to assign tasks, track assigned tasks, and comment on issues. The best thing is, that I can integrate Jira with GitLab. Another important fact is, that all of our projects follow agile methodology and in that case, JIRA helps us the most to manage sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is one of the best tools, I have found no issues, to be honest, but it could be a little easier to use for a beginner. It takes time for a beginner to learn JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is updating now and then. It has so many features and functionalities that make work much easier. It allows GitLab projects to integrate with JIRA. And also the Sprint Backlog board UI is great and intuitive.

Easy to make Requirement fullfill and jira providing great tool to give shared environment to all developer
Jira; with great power comes great responsibility, but also a lot of power

The ability to watch, assign, and link issues to each other. I use it as a to-do list, but it comes with steroids.

The amount of control was initially overwhelming but was manageable as we adopted tools bit by bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating copies of information to ensure everyone has the same understanding is a recipe for misunderstanding. Jira allows us to manage every piece of information as a distinct object of which only one exists.

What do you like best about the product?
Less time is spent on organization and more time on the work itself. The platform intelligently allows you to make to-do lists for your team, sorted by category, without needing meetings or check-ins. And our collaboration dashboards enable team members, customers, and management to work together more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only had one negative experience, and that is that sometimes the email with the JIRA ticket comes later than planned.

We track glitches and bugs in our project with JIRA, so we always know what is happening.
Very well tool for planning a project
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is a very well organised product and helps us to plan the whole project or issue to track updates and follow the threads. I like the process of tracking and tagging people who are working on it. Lot of options to customise it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options to export the resources should help us. Integration with many other products and also pulling out reports should be easy stuff. More documentation on the features of the product should help us.

Organising the projects in a company and the way we track the status of an issue. We can create projects based on the teams and this will help us to track the sprint cycles easily.

Jira is most useful for the organisation and the employees in the organisation to track the tasks assigned by the managers and easy to assign and comment whatever they are having for the issue in the tasks and many ways

One thing is it could be more user friendly when there are more tickets it could be tough to search the issue and identify the task number and cannot be identified easier

It is more beneficial in business ways such the organisation is able to track the whole purpose and work of the employees by using some sort of SQL queries and easy for the understanding
