One of the Best project management and issue tracking solutions
What do you like best about the product?
JQL is one of the best features of other project management and issue tracking solutions. Also easy search and filtering options, Best for the plugin to manage dashboard and lots of others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly I liked it but need some extra features like some advanced plugin for managing the dashboard. Also, search options need some extra features when searching text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my daily life using Jira as I am a Software developer
The most powerful management tool I've used for product and projects and so much more.
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the awfully good format for product management in general there also are really good templates for every department within JIRA which support the internal workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have anything useful to say here really. Maybe would have preferred that they expanded their own sales/consultant teams rather than outsource to third-parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product planning, management, processing bug inquiries, as well as reporting of aforementioned. Overall increased productivity and business performance with a cross-functional team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you have technical people in the team/company, I suggest training to unleash the true power of JIRA.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira Best Project Management tool that comes with a very large number of services for the development team, Quality teams and Other teams also, we can create bugs, defects and it is very easy to track the progress. one of the best and my favorite is there are a lot of ways to represent and see the data in the very user-friendly Dashboard. Jira Integration is also the best we can integrate many tools with Jira like Confluence, Xray, Bitbucket and Other many Tools easily.

Using it for last one year on daily basis till now no issue with it,

Jira allows us to keep the scrum masters informed about what we are working on, improves the work methodology.

There is not much to dislike about Jira, but it is a very complete application to manage business projects.

Jira solves many problems when it comes to creating weapons and making pull requests makes them easier, Jira has many benefits for developers when it comes to having their daily activities well defined.

The truth is that any group that wants to use an agile methodology within their projects, Jira is a good option to keep track of everything developed to be developed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Jira to plan projects, track tasks or bugs, also because it offers different interactive ways to create and dashboards and labels to distinguish types of tickets in projects. Integrations are plentiful, such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git, GitLab, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve connection capabilities. I have not been able to connect with Outlook MS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intuitive UI/UX. We decided to implement it for use in Agile to develop products, create sprint boards, and manage stories from within Jira.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works well for everyone, great for agile development, offers multiple tools like progress charts, sprint reports, scrum and Kanban boards, seamless integration with 3rd party tools like Slack or Github.
