Jira to organize
What do you like best about the product?
The design is very friendly to the people, I have a lot of many utilities to organize my work
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications or the way to find some Jira sometimes is hard or is slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To develop mobile apps, I use Jira to put all the points and in that way, I can have it all organized

Do it, is very simple and friendly, i don't have anty problem using Jira

What do you like best about the product?
When we create project with Scrum or Kanban Boards.For Scrum we can create boards for two weeks and estimate time for that. UI is very useful and helpful for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot prepare automation for workflow and status. Also, boards cannot communicate with each other. If we can make basic automation for all board and status it can be more useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can run Scrum Sprints perfectly. We can manage all the tasks with in the correct way. Creating roles and assigning the people according to roles is more useful for any Project.

For Project Management it is very useful and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Task management is easy and easy to update the progress of the task. These tasks can be viewed by other employees who have access to permission
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would not work in google browser unless we clear the cookies of the Google browser and every week it will go into maintenance for two to three hours

Easy to maintain accounts and task automation is easier where all the team members' tasks are integrated under one main task

What do you like best about the product?
Issue tracking and product development progress tracking is simple using Jira. The ability to integrate it with other tools makes it extremely scalable. Being supremely agile it helps plan, develop,monitor and deliver efficiently. Jira offers good UI and easy navigation, making it most widespread across software industries. Task allocation, bug tracking, event monitoring, stories and epics progress are all laid out under simple projects in Jira. The kanban integration makes progress tracking extremely visual and effective. The super admin has full control over entire workflow, fields, design and task automation. During scrum or stand ups it is very easy to identify roadblocks, progress and plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial configurations are extremely detailed and might take a lot of effort. Plug-ins are expensive, and Jira mobile app doesnt work as efficiently as browser app. Sometimes popups behave unresponsive causing delay in sprints. It might take a while to learn Jira for first time users. Jira sends too many email notifications thus spamming the inbox. It could be customized for other industries like HR, Finance and banking and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint cycles are created, and developed under epics and user stories, tasks are allocated and bugs assigned; all at one place that is Jira, The kanban board helps in progress tracking effectively. It is easier to weigh product and sprint backlogs by allocation points, thus utilizing them for furture.Team collaboration is very effective using Jira. Velocity and burn down charts are extremely resourceful as they help in evaluation a projects progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to submit tickets for anyone on your team, and the boards that you can create are very helpful to see open requests and the statuses of those.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a ticket you have so many fields to fill out that sometimes it's easy to forget what you need to input, but I know this is set to have the best summary of the requrest you are creating

The UI us very outdated and needs a major overhaul . Simple tasks require an unnecessary amount of steps which are much simpler in competitors like asana.

Keeping track of projects . Collaborating and updating stakeholders on any blockers or task completions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to configure and it is very affordable
What do you dislike about the product?
On the boards they should add lead time and cycle time metrics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can very easily add cards and assign them, see the state of work and limit W.I.P. I can also personalize the types of cards we can create.

Jira is the best tool for managing projects, tasks and error tracking, which optimizes the work of the entire team, keeping everyone organized, focused on their roles and aware of the due dates of each task.

the learning curve is somewhat complex and its user interface is not intuitive.

Jira is a great all-in-one management tool that allows us to manage projects, track tasks, track errors and manage tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
This service has helped monitor ongoing project that require multiple hands and departments. It has provided an excellent platform for monitoring by various individuals throughout the agency and assists with auditing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a ticket is put in, it does not automatically show up in some channels, so you will have to search for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to remove the use of an electronic paper trail in a document database (which Is clunky and inefficient). Tracking and task management has been made much easier.
