What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the ease of use. Easy to pick up and understand. I also quite enjoy the multiple filter options, I can custom my filter to look at only the relevant items from a huge list easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about here. This might not be entirely Jira ault and maybe more networking. Our company experience major slowdown during peak work hours worldwide. The moderator team has been working at it and belive to have found a solution. Great customer service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to Jira so the entire company worldwide start using the same system for easier communications and save money. Every here agrees that Jira is doing it right.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to move tickets between boards and teams. Labels let us see where volume is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching is not very user friendly and partial names/words will not locate the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see our work flow and volume and who touches a ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is supported by many integrated applications. The best feature is it can be connected with other Atlassian tools like BitBucket, and Confluence. Compare to other tools JIRA is very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
For ticket status updates, we need to refresh to get the updates. Sometimes when there are a lot of tickets, it takes some time to load that. If JIRA can show the sub tasks with its Tasks it would be better to see the hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software project management works get easy with the use of JIRA. it helps to keep the workflow properly and can manage time, get decisions for future with the current status of the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira supports managing all the software project-related workflows when starting from beginning to end. For example, Integration with Confluence helps to keep documents that link with each story. BitBucket manages the codebase. And there are a lot of 3rd-party apps which can be integrated with Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
The GUI is very user-friendly for my team to plan, track, and release new projects, and also for the management team to get a big picture of the progress of different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we do the version upgrades on this JIRA software, as we host it in our own data center, it shows some database not compatible error, but the service runs good, guess it is just a software bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once we started Jira, we noticed an error that the relaxedPathChars and relaxedQueryChars were missing from the HTTPS connector in the server.xml so, we stopped the Jira server, and edited the HTTPS connector, adding the following to it:

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is the adaptability and flexibility instead of the projects and schemes. We are able to continually customize each area to the team's needs so that their tickets contain all necessary information and reporting is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little steep, there is no discount for our nonprofit company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to migrate off of the 3 ticketing solutions and combine, bringing all teams to a single source of truth solution for all IT tickets. It has increased functionality and improved the time and efficiency of team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has a super awesome user interface. It is simple, easy to use and provides best in class user experience. Creating tickets in Jira is also very easy and you get all the updates on the progress of every ticket created by you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some fields in which I always get confuse. I am not sure how important each level is for creating a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira to create tickets and assign them to the different teams. Other teams pick up the tasks based on the priority and add them to their sprint, this way I can track the status of the assigned tasks and overall project progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The category wise automatic column creation mentioning date and time of issue, agent who handled it, status of resolution and other information helps to keep a track of support tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many customizations possible on case to case basis and older entries do not show up after a certain volume. Also, the UI seems to be a little confusing to beginners with options, and sub options mixed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addressing customer support tickets. We have our support emails integrated with Jira as well as the support icon of our app redirects all queries via JIRA and we are able to track and respond them conveniently
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is one of the most popular ticketing platforms currently available. It is a little confusing to start with as options and sub-options are a little mixed up, but once you get used to it, it's very convenient. You can directly get notified about tasks allocated to you, you can assign the task to someone, task details with date, agent details everything shows up

I Like to Create Bugs and tasks and Execute the Test Cases Cycle.
Management of Bugs Tracking is the most useful feature and Execute the Test Cycle is the most amazing feature

one of the most disliked things about JIRA is that we can not able to automate test cases, we can not able to code review, and also there will be no connectivity with Bugzilla or any other bug tracking tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem I solving in Jira is To Check the Bugs Fixed by the Developer and Test the Issue which is Been Fixed for Improvement in the quality of that particular Product.
