Jira as easy to use tool for tickets management

What do you like best about the product?
1. Standart interface throughout the companies I work - I learned it one time and it stays the same
2. I can insert pictures (from clipboard even!) and videos which is crucial for providing proofs for tickets
3. search possibility and interesting search result interface where you can review found tickets without leaving result list
What do you dislike about the product?
1. If I want to find something from past sprints - it is hard to configure a search for this.
2. While we estimate capacity for sprint - it would be good to separate BE and FE tickets for final sprint estimations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Ticket management system - standard, which speed up onboarding for new meat members
2. Easy to attach video/pictures -which is very convenient for tiket description and for providing dev proofs when you did a ticket
3. Sprint/backlog boards are super

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most is that the team collaboration is easy, it is very easy to manage projects, I love the simple interface, the creation and administration of the boards are also easy, I like the ability to filter the search of the software, it is really powerful, I like their Kanban and Scrum style boards, I can have a real-time follow-up of the stories, the notifications work perfectly, the dashboard is easy to manage, really detailed, the ticket management is easy, I love the function of drag and drop, it is also very flexible and the workflow s, I can add due dates and descriptions as well as attach files, it is a software that can be handled well in a very short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no unpleasantness or complications when using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really very complete, it has a high customization capacity that is very useful and pleasant for the user, it integrates very well with other software such as Slack, GitLab or SonarQube, I love the notification system, it is very robust, it is easy to follow the current status of tasks, it is very easy to add comments to tasks, share files, reports can be created as well as roadmaps, everything can be managed from the panel, it offers precise monitoring, I like the ease of creating tasks and subtasks as well as color-coding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this management platform for a total and efficient collaboration.

All in one Best Project Management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Its Dynamic way of handling user stories with Bitbucket Intigration..that makes it way easy to know who,when and what its was worked on. Also Confluence is another example that you know need a separate tool have a release notes or new implementation to share with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the service lack Easy to use UI. Its ok but not the best UI need to be worked on and newest overhaul of UI is borderline Good. Most the Bitbucket connection are either gone or replaced with something need again quick tutorial to understand and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better team management. As it made work from home easy. My team and i can work seamlessly on on User story and receive timely notifications on what's new or what's changed.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration with the team and the configuration options which give tracking to your issue give me the best view for bug solving
kanban board, scrum board, agile board all these gives more flexibility in monitoring the progress towards the project management
Jira issues are created daily and discussed the same
I love the options they give like resolve, wait for someone, create sub-tasks, time estimation; all this gives clarity on your work for team members
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing now to dislike about Jira but yes sometimes faces issues while uploading the large files for the user issue
rest all goes well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrum meets for the team to discuss every issue reported and created by team members
this keeps track of where the path is going
one can then resolve, start work and close the Jira issues
we also put the Jira issues in the agile board for project management under sprint tickets

It is best when it comes to tracking your work or collaborating with the team on any issue.
best UI provided with easy options to configure and customize
rather than confluence one can use Jira for best issue solving
What do you dislike about the product?
It frequently experiences server issues
uploading large size of files like videos is not possible when the limit comes around
Rather than this, I find Jira useful

I solve user issues where Jira helps me to keep track of every issue whether its resolved, closed or open
I can assign it to anyone else too
commenting on issue by both side makes easy to communicate

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the finest and most user-friendly project management tools available. We've been working on it for about three years, and we're proud of the excellent user experience it provides. Agile boards may be created for scrums and KANBAN. As many teams and squads as you'd like. The feature should be traceable if you can link your problems to tales. When an object has been lying inactive for a lengthy period of time, you can see how much work it has put in. Establish a list of concerns and tasks that must be addressed first. Create easy-to-use dashboards; produce reports; add/remove user access to a traceability matrix and velocity burndown charts. You may tailor it to your own needs with ease. As a result of its recent transfer to the cloud, downtime has been significantly reduced. The best thing about using JIRA is that it's simple to use, we can change several things at once, and it doesn't take long to learn. This is one of the greatest tools available, and I think it is being used by almost every company
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing further can be said about this part. JIRA is a great tool in practice. However, I'd want to make a recommendation. Instant Messaging should be available in JIRA so that enterprises don't have to hunt for a separate application to communicate with their employees. Increasing their client base and increasing income are two things I believe Atlassian might do if they succeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage the present project, we use JIRA, which is being used by at least ten separate teams (referred to as Squads) (Large Project broken into sub projects). Using JIRA, you can monitor everything from the creation of features to the creation of user stories to the creation of test cases and faults.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
in my personal opinion, it is the common and the best software for handling projects.
