JIRA tool review
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is a multipurpose tool used for different use cases, right from epic creation, userstories, task, sub-tasks to bug tracking and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike on the tool, what I have observed in my experience with the tool is multi routes to configure the system, may be this can be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint planning, project management, bug tracking,product roadmap

Jira is really the best tool and widely used application for multiple use cases

Limited file size upload and reports are not reusable

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is flexible, project independent configuration, aglie nature, visualisation, roadmaps that are connected, ability to star fav project and visibility
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a complex management tool, it's not that user friendly, I remember the first time I used jira it was bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira feature of automating mundane task and reduce the potential of error and rework by defining rules.

we can integrate Jira with Bitbucket and can see real-time development status updates within the issue.

Jira's user interface is somewhat complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client can easily add tasks to jira with deadlines. Developers and Testers can add updates or comments to that task. And moreover, the integration of Jira with bitbucket is just an awesome combination to track bug status.

The best part is jira core is the solution for customizable workflow that organizes our projects and tasks in one central location .
It also provide the infrastructure to automate our business processes and increase the productivity of our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
All software have some dislike in people that is based on their perspective.
I point out some I disliked in jiracore are
1)Expensive
2)The learning curve feels complex for nes users.
3) managemnt limit work time . But for an employee he works more than specified time his
Log time is not recorded.administrator only have access to such permission.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wheather the project methodoligy is scrum or kanban , jira core is highly customizable that enable teams to build frameworks.
Easy to updates status by drag.

Great tool to keep your projects moving forward and teams aligned
What do you like best about the product?
I Like the ability to manage multiple projects while understanding where the "log jams" remain in your overall project management queue. This is an easy to use and understand tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better notifications when including a "watcher" to a project. It's easy to miss a notification and have it lost in your email inbox. Perhaps a reminder email after so many days of not responding?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple website development projects across several brand publications. Having a single view on each project and where it is in the process, has allowed me to better understand the time spent by my team and what requests are being sent from a marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a very powerful and nicely-built project management tool. Tracking issues in Jira and collaborating on tasks is very easy. Jira is a widely adopted tool across the industry and most engineers require little to no training on using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Jira. Using Jira is simple but administering the tool might require an in-depth knowledge of the tool or more advanced training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to manage our projects, assign tasks to engineers and track the overall progress. Multiple teams need the visibility and transparency that Jira provides.
Tried, tested, and true PM tool for development needs
What do you like best about the product?
The beautiful UI, and connectivity across multiple collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a difficult ramp-up if you aren't familiar with PM tools. Also, wish there was a better way of working across the board and the backlog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks across multiple developers and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and it gives many people visibility to follow the progress of a given project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pages display too much info at one time. It can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I log tickets with our development and QA teams for them to research software support issues. We can correspond and provide logs or screenshots to better understand the problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have maybe 50 employees using this software, but I believe it would be scalable for larger companies as well.
