What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is test management tool which is user friendly and very much easy to handle.even any person is beginner who dont have any knowledge about project management then also he/she can be able to learn and practice on JIRA.JIRA is very much used for writing test cases , bug logging in almost every IT company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we talk about dislike regarding JIRA then main issue while we using JIRA (server based version) we can not able to add user after certain limit ,also we can not able to create customized test case template where we can able to add fields manually.so if that can be overcomed then it will be more benificial for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can able to use JIRA for various reasons like logging of any bug found in software by software test enginner or quality analyst.also it is very much useful for writing test cases and execute them.bug tracking is very much easy using JIRA for both developers and test engineers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
yes , if your are looking for complete project management tool for both developers and test enginners then JIRA is best solution for that.so get JIRA as soon as possible and try to use JIRA more and more.

The best tool for Project management through Agile methodology.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of things have this platform that differentiates from other project management platforms. The simplicity of this platform leads towards super user-friendliness. The magical Dashboard is the best part of this platform which has all information in one place. You can create your custom multiple dashboards on a project basis. It is straightforward to use for basic features and very customizable. Integration with all version control is really helpful as a developer such Bitbucket, GitHub, Stash, etc, As our scrum/kanban flow manager helps us organize and keep track of all our tasks in a single action because Jira is a cloud-based platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike to mention because no blocking scenario while using Jira. But I would give one instance where I found scope for improvement i.e when I kept my Jira ticket open and on another side, my team member updated the same Jira ticket but when I was trying to update on same Jira ticket post his updation I got "Unknown token error". Though the above-mentioned scenario is very rare still I feel bad when I got this error. So I would request the team to show some meaningful error messages to satisfy the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The "Open issue" sections are my favorite aspects which lead towards all bugs, stories and sub-task of the sprint, post-filtering list can be minimized based on need. The creation of issues, Story, dependencies, and tasks is so easy. And surprisingly if you want to create bulk issue/task/user stories can be created using CSV and excel sheets. When you make a change to a Jira ticket, an automated email is sent to the appropriate person to let them know. Microsoft Teams, Slack, Automation Tools, etc are more examples of integration. You can create a customized workflow and also workflow automation is possible which is very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise software product owners should use this great product for managing their projects which will give you more insight into the progress of your project. No doubt this platform is secure as well which supports various security facilities - accessing git data with private access keys, SSH certificates and username/password. You should also see to get a trial or free account to play around with the tool and then on full satisfaction only please go for a license. I bet once anyone uses this platform project management always choice will be Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan, track, monitor day in, day out makes this tool a backbone for any project management. Be it agile or waterfall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing free features like Gantt chart, certain widgets only available in paid versions

Single tool for all your organization, be it Safe, Scrum, Kannan or waterfall.

What do you like best about the product?
The interoperability of the Jira as a platform has helped us alot in working with other teams and collaborating. It has immensely helped us Managing our work and serivce request across the organization in terms of IT request or Budget request. It gives you the power to be the best service allocator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira as a tool is bit complex for new beginners as it has a lot of automation and triggers which in turn change the flow and structure of the Service appointments. It needs to have some overlay so that people can easily get accustomed to it and use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our whole Service systems management on Jira and also I requests are handled on Jira. I has increased our productivity x Fold times and been the best. It has helped us collaborate with also using it's API and Automation it has helped us integrate it with out tools

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool to send messages to our Back Office Support Team that helps us better our Casino platform... What i like about it is that i am able to attach screenshots of issues i'm having with our platform etc and Tickets are opened and attended to by our Support Team which is time-stamped and dated and is easy to follow up with my Support
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any issues that i dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we have parts of our platform under construction and we communicated these issues by using Jira, and sometimes i have a problem with registration issues with my players with the help of screenshots, our support is able to understand the problems easier, these issues get sorted out very quick which is all thanks to Jira :)

Try it and see for yourself, this is a very effective tool

What do you like best about the product?
The JIRA tool not only helps in issue tracking but also in overall project management too. The issues can be easily logged and triaged using JIRA. Different dashboard can be created as per project and it helps in managing the project related tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simply nothing! It is one of my favorite tool when comes to triaging the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using JIRA for creating the tickets for defects identified during testing and assign to developers. Follow the defects till closure by moving those in appropriate stages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keeping the JIRA board up to date helps in making the most of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Jira for our project management and track the bugs, We love the Planning, monitoring, controlling, and completion of a project in Jira as compared to other Project Management tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is quite tough to set up and get used to, Also Jira has a complicated user interface. There is no implicit timetable to follow your undertaking progress and There are no cooperation elements to speak with your group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has the capacity to design deft work from project build-up to runs., and also Jira is completely adjustable Kanban and scrum sheets. Jira software satisfies the high level necessities of programming groups

What do you like best about the product?
ability to plan features from a product perspective, then technical implementation perspective and then a project management perspective, then report out how your teams performed against those plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex to learn, a fair amount of setup and customization is required to get it running initially. There are several menus that are kind of hard to find, especially when you are trying to change the settings and behaviors of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a single source of truth for how our software should be and was built. We have been able to capture changes in requirements, discussions, scope updates etc through jira. Great to be able to see each ticket move through the workflow.

A great management tool to improve your day to day activities

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a comprehensive enterprise-wide project management solution. Epics, stories, tasks, Kanban boards, Scrum boards: it's all here. You have full control over workflow, fields, design and task automation, and add-ons fill in the gaps and use cases that JIRA doesn't yet offer. The reporting tools are also very robust and give managers a complete and detailed view of their team's performance and efficiency.
With Jira as the main task management system and the kaban workflow management system, we can track all of all tasks in a cloud system.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA has a not-so-easy steep learning curve but it is worth the effort, although it would benefit from better optimization. Also, the user interface can be inconsistent (especially with the different definition pages).
It might be a little tedious to do all the configurations at first but we´ve used the opportunity to reevaluate our processes and access if anything needed to also be optimized in how to do things.
Therefore it ended up being a positive thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA has allowed our company to manage projects, plan weekly sprints, evaluate roadmaps and improve overall productivity and efficiency. Organizing all tasks into projects and making sure files are kept on track has been very helpful. The biggest benefits we´ve seen using Jira were connected to time management and keeping track of all changes done in the projects. This has helped us to have shorter meetings with much better results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will need a little bit of work to tune it to model your business but as soon as that is done this is the best tool to manage your projects and keep track of all that is happening.
Don´t fall for other competitors that claim Jira is very complicated to use, the reality is that it is easy to customize therefore if there is anything you don't need you can just remove it.
On the other side, it can be customized to be a very robust provider of data which will be a key element to better manage your teams.

Multiple Task best tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy software to assign tasks to the whole team and assign sub-task as well within the team. There is no dependence of this software on a given project, it can work independently. It is majorly used by the agile development team to track bugs, stories and other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per recent use I didn't found anything like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide the daily task to around 25 people, earlier it was too hard to take the update individually and from the day I started using Jira its easy to provide tasks and sub-task and take updates timely. I am giving live research on-demand tickets to the team for research for work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For increasing or accelerating company agility JIRA is a must nowadays. It helps in improving business operations and if you have a daily task to take updates then Jira is going to be your helper in need.
