Quick short-cut and drag and drop in the sprint amongst swimlane.

The option to view workflows makes understanding life-cycle of the ticket very easy.

Sometimes, simply clicking on someone else’s ticket description gives the ability to edit. It can lead to alterations or changes.

Jira helps us with project management abilities and assigning or keeping a track of various incidents and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a product management tool that supports agile methodolody and help companies to build/develop/manage/plan/track their tasks. It is very user friendly to handle, manage and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has lot of things in itself but also lacks in designing the advance automation of task. Basic one is available. Even a task is map to only one user, but in real life it is possible that a task is done by multiple users so assigning a task to multiple user is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving lot of problems like planning the features, then tracking and managing the task. Also provide various integration with other software tool like but bucket, Jenkins, circle ci, etc a overall must have tool for all tech companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about JIRA is its ease to use it and at the same time, it provides us with an ample amount of features to serve our project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such to dislike about JIRA. Indeed a great application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is used every day to raise tickets, to update and track issues or tasks assigned to you or to create tasks and to plan sprints accordingly. It has many features to keep track of backlog and its UI is very neat and clean which is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The most excellent thing about this software is that you can learn fast and use it efficiently, I love its board and card system, it's easy to create and manage tasks and projects with its Kanban boards, I liked the learning curve, it's fast for new users, it has JQL language which is ideal to have excellent flexibility, I liked that I could configure it quickly, it integrates in a perfect way with Microsoft, it also has cloud deployment, its SaaS-based form makes it very solid and also very comfortable project management, it is straightforward to access and navigate the software, the interface is very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has many options that are not automated and that slows things down a bit at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enhanced our organization at a general level, I love its design and appearance, plus the SCRUM and Kanban boards are elementary to understand and very practical, the interface is easy to navigate and understand so it was not an excellent user experience, besides that I didn't need a lot of training, it's immaculate and straightforward to navigate, I really liked the tools like labeling or assignment of tasks, besides that I can visualize the tasks, it's straightforward to understand the progress of the tasks, it was very favorable for our teamwork.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best platform to carry an optimal organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps me to keep track of everything that is assigned to me and lets me keep track of all my cases in the queue to every step of the progress. With a separate section for every other improvement of the cycle, it makes my work a lot easier. It is also very customizable, with dashboards, and can filter data for quick timesheets to projects and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application for the Jira is not mobile-friendly and has lots of bugs, and lacks significant features that should be present. The capabilities in the Jira mobile are nerfed that it makes more sense to login into a browser. It's a simple, essential software and costs a lot for a smaller team whereas there are more products in the market with more features and less price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Organization uses Jira for Cases Management on every project lifecycle from the point of client request to the end of client approval of the final product. It pulls out data such as Timesheet and Project turnaround time for future references.

We can track our bug or story step by with day to day activity we can add many comments related to story or bug we can add there। Report

Upgrade for agile development. Need to change some UI structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If i need more time than what I assigned then I can increase it by jira and putting specific reason in comment and watcher can get notification about it.

It's very easy to make project management issue tracking and flexible to integrate with 3rd party plugins like Tempo and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sort of lagging and pricing is high compared with other project management softwares like Trello and Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to make project management and reduce time consuming, and it has all-in-one features like Bitbucket, Confluence, and so on. Thus it's not required to buy like Github, Gitlab, and so on.
