Project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Less time is spent on organization and more time on the work itself. The platform intelligently allows you to make to-do lists for your team, sorted by category, without needing meetings or check-ins. And our collaboration dashboards enable team members, customers, and management to work together more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only had one negative experience, and that is that sometimes the email with the JIRA ticket comes later than planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track glitches and bugs in our project with JIRA, so we always know what is happening.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is a very well organised product and helps us to plan the whole project or issue to track updates and follow the threads. I like the process of tracking and tagging people who are working on it. Lot of options to customise it.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options to export the resources should help us. Integration with many other products and also pulling out reports should be easy stuff. More documentation on the features of the product should help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising the projects in a company and the way we track the status of an issue. We can create projects based on the teams and this will help us to track the sprint cycles easily.

Jira is most useful for the organisation and the employees in the organisation to track the tasks assigned by the managers and easy to assign and comment whatever they are having for the issue in the tasks and many ways

One thing is it could be more user friendly when there are more tickets it could be tough to search the issue and identify the task number and cannot be identified easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more beneficial in business ways such the organisation is able to track the whole purpose and work of the employees by using some sort of SQL queries and easy for the understanding

I like the kanban board of Jira most for my daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually miss the simpler query language.

Jira helps us to solve the daily bugs of our software.

If you are looking for a full-fledged project management tool then you pick Jira without a second thought

IT's one of the best work management tools that we have used for the project management tasks
It has got amazing UI, the tasks get allocated smoothly and can easily be tracked by the manager who has assigned the task

A major red flag is that the ticket can't be deleted from Jira, it can be edited or marked as completed and it also doesn't auto refreshes

Working on a task where engineers and Project managers are involved that's where Jira comes in place which is very handy to assign tasks and keep a track of the same.

Easy to use, every team can communicate their thoughts easily

I think their should be dark mode option because most of the developers work on dark mode

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is fantastic for keeping track of development tasks and defects. It's simple to set up & has a vast array of useful features. I particularly like the filtering and dashboards aspect which are great to give a high level view of metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user permissions on JIRA are a little difficult to comprehend, with global settings and board settings not necessarily synced.

It gives a great advantage in managing support and new project management.

Jira is great for remote teams - allows you to keep track of projects and tasks and is easily linked to it time-tracker tool and even a document storage portal similar to google drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit on the pricier side and takes a bit of time to get used to using.

Jira allows us to track our teams productivity, manage tasks and projects and share documents easily.

If you have the budget for it, it is worth trying.
