Excellent for escalations and engagement with Dev

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zendesk as a Ticketing system, while other teams use Jira. The excellent integration makes it easy to create flows and escalation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a ticket on Jira through other platforms should be easier

What do you like best about the product?
The automation feature is becoming more and more useful all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support documents are good, but I would prefer more detail. The support team is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of internal support tickets can be troublesome. Jira allows for great sorting and triage.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things about Jira is the very intuitive interface and the general ease of use for the entire product. The wide range of apps and the website work great on all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organisation tools can be better and improved. They are pretty decent for now, but more customisation would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps organize teams and tickets and cuts down time massively by having great integrations with other products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use and feature rich, but you might want to look at all features to see if it fits your needs.

Amazing product for managing complete project

What do you like best about the product?
-Gather requirements quickly from different teams and log them in JIRA and then prioritize
-Divide the project into simple tasks and assign to the team by creating sprints
-Now, Manage/Monitor the sprint in morning standups and clear our blockages with other teams. Flawlessly open tickets to other teams and get the work done
-Once the sprint completes, then quickly check out the report like burn down report etc...
-Other think we can manage this completely using Jira Android App too
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt chanrges are bit high. Per user $7 is bit expensive. Sometime in small team CEO dont comment but wanted to have a look at the tickets and even to look we need to create the user and it get charged. Otherwise product wise it is very good to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Easily collaborate with team members, like writing user stories, commenting, linking with other tickets. It all be done seamlessly
- Tracking of each task in sprints, basis on estimates and closure date
- We can create a dashboard for the sprint and track new developments, bugs, features that missed deadlines, feature review dates everything in one dashboard
- Above all achieving the business requirement on time which any hassle

Great platform for software & website development, product management, & marketing management

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps keep all of our teams organized. My favorite part is the visibility across all of our teams in one place - Dev Operations, Software development, Website and custom development, Product Management, and Marketing. As a user, I can always stay up to date on exactly where our team is development-wise so that I know how to best sell our product and the new features that are being released on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Jira platform can move slowly. This was mostly resolved when we upgraded to an enterprise account and went with our own cloud server but it still happens periodically. A few reporting enhancements would be nice within the "Issue Tracker" as well, but overall, I'm very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and visibility between our North office (NC) and South Office (FL) was a pain point until we started using Jira. It added clarity between all the departments as to what people are actively working on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. If you are a development that uses Agile or SCRUM, it will be a great asset.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to understand, very flexible, and helps to keep track of everything that's going on. Notifications system is helpful as well
What do you dislike about the product?
If keyboard shortcuts are not disabled, it is easy to accidentally press a key and do things like create a new ticket
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems of breaking big tasks down into smaller tickets. Benefits are that not only are tasks getting done and being kept track of, but also as these new tickets are being written down and completed, new issues are able to be found when it wouldn't have been unearthed before

If it's a bigger organization and/or you always have a lot of tickets, use Jira to make your life easier
