JIRA: Essential project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about JIRA is the high level of details you can add to your project. We currently have three active projects with approx. thirty parameters each, nevertheless there are well over 350 possible parameters at our availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Potentially I'm not too fond of the fact that I need to contact JIRA support to add or rename a parameter - it would be awesome to create the parameter name by yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JIRA for three significant projects. The first one is for all new implementations, new processes that we will take over. The second one is related to optimization of the processes, and the third one focuses on automating the processes. The benefits are immense. For instance, many different stakeholders can have immediate input on every project we are working on without asking anyone for information about it.
Best software management tool out there in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Tons of customization, from product design to deployment notes can be added so it is super from a development point of view
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly, Free version has the limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete software development life cycle did here, From business analyst, to dev and tester everyone has the advantage of managing their tasks
A perfect project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Few things i personally like about JIRA is :
1. Its to easy to learn and use. I still remember my early days when i started using JIRA it was so easy to adapt and configure, that i didn't need any tutorial or assistance from any third to get used to it.
2. I also like the links addition feature. You can easily add many online links of the design like i generally use Figma. So i can attach my figma design to any sprint so that it can be much easier for the employer and the employee.
3. I really like the On-Call feature of JIRA.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which i generally don't like about JIRA is its mobile version. Yes am pretty much confident about the desktop version and very much used to it but its mobile application is not worthy and if you want to use just the mobile application in my opinion you can't. Because there are to much things to work upon when it comes to app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Few problems am solving through JIRA would be :
1. Mismanagement of project using JIRA now i can manage my project way better.
2. Mismanagement of time, now after installing JIRA i can use my time more effectively.
3. Mismanagement of team, JIRA reduces the consflict chances
4. Mismanagement of authorization, JIRA assists me to allocate responsibilities better.

A great platform for the project management
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity & cross-platforming potential, an ability to be combined with the other tools and platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Slack etc.). This is a multi-feature tool, which could substitute several other tools, applications and platforms, so it is much easier to cooperate and no need to work with the full bunch of them. In combination with Confluence, that leads to the improvement of functional efficiency & protects all the information within the project from segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are available only on subscription plans, but it is a common practice. This tool is extremely addictive :).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With help of this tool, we were able to improve the efficiency of our team by means of time management, collaboration, proactivity and transparency and the goal understanding within my team and between the other teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you already using the other tool or platform, it is often worth trying this as a substitute or an addition - that may lead to happily unexpected positive influences.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create a new ticket, how easy it is to customize the interface for every ticket type. Boards made it easy to track assignments—simple UI, yet very efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, absulutely nothing. I am in love with this application. There is nothing i'd change.
It is so easy to use, there is nothing to be changed. It is made simple and easy, customizing the tickets per usage. it is perfect (for me).

Create tickets for internal departments. I create an internal board for our team, making it easy to determine who does which assignment.
Opening tickets for developers and displaying issues on our end, some are raised by customers, while other issues raised by an internal team, which are checking the application constantly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an easy tool that helps to track so many things in the organization, is easy to customize, and is simple to use. I enjoy using it for the past seven years (at least) and hope to continue working with it.
Best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It kewps the transperancy of work. Triaging defects and tasks assigned to team becomes easy. It is very userfriendly. You can check the history of each and defects and can comment to know the latest update of that task. It keeps a track on team what work they are doing and how efficiently they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such i found nothing, but I think support could have been better. It is a very demanding and famous tool so it must have a good support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me in triaging defects and keep an eye on the work done by the Team. I made my work easy to get the update of defects and tasks fron Jira board only. I would recommend it to every professional to go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
It organizes tasks into tickets that can be completed and moved into different phases.

It can be very complicated and has a lot of features that are hard to understand.

It keeps software teams accountable and tasks visible.
Number one collaboration tool for software teams
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about JIRA is that it is very flexible, thanks to a vast library of add-ons available on the Atlassian Marketplace, even though it is already very powerful out of the box. The fact that it can be configured in many different ways makes it an excellent fit for most software teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like in JIRA is that it is tough to configure correctly, especially in larger organizations. The configuration has many layers, which makes it hard to find some things. It is also often the case that a configuration change intended for one project influences other projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helps my team to plan and execute our work. It provides excellent visibility to the team over the work done and the work coming up. The e-mail notifications and slack integration makes sure you won't miss any update. On top of that Bitbucket/GitHub integration is great in finding the code changes associated with a given task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial period Atlassian provides. If some functionality doesn't exist, be sure to check out the Atlassian Marketplace - it has many great add-ons that extend JIRA in multiple ways.
Jira performace tool review
What do you like best about the product?
Jira tool can be used in Agile projects and scrum,kanban etc.I was happy to use JIRA in my project to prepare reports , backlogs of my stories for sprint, roadmaps etc.. Same time can be used to track or debug issues threw out my project. More over it is a bug tracking tool .
What do you dislike about the product?
When I used Jira there was no on call support, its okay but to do all other stuff what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
expessilly debug or track my issues threw out the project, and the thing is backlogs mentaining so that nothibg can be missed. And the time time estimatiin for eash sprint of stories given at earlier of task performed, with no disturbences able to complete the complete story .

If you want to check a tool for bug tracking or project managent , this will work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how scalable Jira is. I've helped organizations grow from 30 to 300 users, which has felt seamless compared to many other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud can feel limited coming from server. Many add-ons are still server only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our IT service desk. It feels more slick and intuative than servicenow.
