Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to use when it comes to Scrum Management, whereas this has some limitation of file size upload, and doesn't work great when accessed as a web version in mobile device. The reports are also not reusable
Jira is great tool to track your tickets in agile process
What do you like best about the product?
Good software to manage development life cycle, this software helps productivity and super good development support. I am using this tool since last year and I found this software amazing as it is very easy to handle and track the created Bugs, Task or Improvement tickets in an excellent way
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes It can be hard to find the comments, they are at the very bottom of each instance and can get lost in the process, especially if one submission is connected to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into the progress on the boards. Very useful for tracking and identifying impediments to progress.

Powerful Project Management & Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Very fine-grained and powerful features for project management including different product board layouts (Kanban / Sprints), time tracking, excellent integration with other Atlassian apps (such as Bitbucket) and also third-party apps (such as Slack)
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated layout means it has a learning curve for new users. Difficult to understand how to use effectively unless you have an expert on your team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and time tracking
Most efficient agile requirements management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of JIRA is its so collaborative across various platforms. Great sprint management that enables our teams to successfully colloborate on Dev, test and reporting tasks on day to day work. Reporting enables to have a unified dashboards across projects for leadership to arrive at right decisions and drill down to project issues that effect productivity. Sharing and collaboration through links and search is so fast and agile to reduce time on operational aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that JIRA is so feature rich it might take some time to get an overall understanding of each feature. Costing can be improved to increase adoption in small and medium companies l.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using JIRA for agile project management and tracking of day to day work items in building a software. Also we are serving leadership to make key decisions in terms of budgeting based on project progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great collaboration tool for Agile teams and developers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the implementation of agile in the tool. It is flexible to accommodate any agile framework and still manage to give the level of customer experience that can keep you engaged and productive. I have been using Jira to track requirements and drive tasks to deliver the requirement and i cant imagin how difficult it would be for a developer without this tool. The automated deployment shows the extent of integration with devops tools and makes a lot of manual processes streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe one thing about the product's success is its governance, and sometimes I feel that comes as a put off factor.
There are a little bit of ambiguity in the types of issues that can be created but may be that because of implementation rather than the tool itself.
I also dislike the fact that every update triggers a communication email to everybody in the ticket.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for the following
1. Review and help manage Product backlog maintained and owned by the PO
2. Leverage the Backlog section to sprint plan for the next two sprints.
3. Use the Burndown chart to carry out sprint execution
4. Deployment through DevOps integration
5. Manage Bugs as a Bug ticket which is typically owned by the Dev team if not solved by the L2
6. Manage cases that are raised by the business users and take it to deployment

"Best Tool For The Companies Who Follows Agile"
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I would like to say that one of the most useful features for me is easy to track all the tasks or issues related to the project is very efficiently done. Secondly, You can generate statistics report from the Jira at any time for checking the overall performance of the Project. We can also give a Provision to the member of creating some limited type of task. So, that's how we can prevent the members from creating the task types which are not allowed for the members. and Security Provided by the Jira is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
By Talking about the negative points of the Jira, I can say that It may be very complex for the new users. There is also a limited number of gadgets available in Jira, So I suggest there must be more gadgets that should be supported.

A necessary evil

Jira is so clunky and unintuitive. It's hard to figure out how to maximize the features and possibilities without spending hours in tutorial threads and how-tos.

We are using Jira to track sprint progress and it's helpful to use when dealing with multi-company teams as well as multiple projects/workstreams.
