Tracking issues, bugs

What do you like best about the product?
Its best for tracking issues, links various sub-issues and prioritize them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it shows some token issues which needs to reload the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best problems solving is you can use it in bug tracking, link various sub-issues.
It is good to be used in project to work on sub-modules and project specific requirements.
It is fast and we can link up various types of files. It has some good text propmt in order to see the good output results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is best to bug tracking, project developement, assiging tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean drag and drop UI with the ability to create issues, assign them as WR/Stories/Issues, add to backlog and assign to owner that is very clear and easy to use. You can edit and attach items in the comments and easily track and edit tickets as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is how advanced some of the options can get. It can be a bit overwhelming because there are so many different attributes you can assign an issue to. Sometimes tickets created can get lost in the shuffle between various boards, projects, or teams, and things can get cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems on Agile project management tracking, utilizing Jira for Sprint management. The benefits are visibility into each team member's workload and the ability for our end users to assign tickets, open issues quickly, and move things to completion when done.

you can track of all task and easy manage and discussed about difficulty

Nothing to dislike but make it more simple layout

All development problems when test found any bugs or new task assign by manager. Track on task on progress or completed. On same Chanel or Todo you can discussed about it and also can track the time record

For organization is best to track your task and easy to manage. Small even big organization can use it

What do you like best about the product?
As a software developer I find it very good platform to maintain and organize your backlog with tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading of a file size is limited. Feels annoyed sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is mainly using this software for tracking bugs and issues related to our project application.

What do you like best about the product?
slick interface, fairly easy to use, nice looking, fairly flexible

sometimes the folders/structure can become disorganized, takes a bit of clicking around to figure it out, wish several features were more easily customizable

Great Task Management Software for Growing Teams

What do you like best about the product?
My team uses Jira to track all the tasks that we're working on at any given time. We've found that it's an effective way to get a birds-eye view of our active projects and it makes communicating with one another about these projects more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has a lot of features and you can get lost in it fairly quickly if you're not familiar with it. There's a slight learning curve, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jira it's all about making sure we maintain a steady workflow. If problems come up in our video production pipeline, we're able to pivot and try to find new solutions or reassign tasks so our team can stay as efficient as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is user friendly for beginners and regular users. The interface is clearly laid out and you can jump from board to function to code very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the wording is confusing. For example, Jira uses "issues" instead of "tasks" and "epics" instead of "goals".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more organized as a company and I am personally more organized as well. I can see what I need to work on for the day in an easy to understand display. I can add people to tickets so they can be in the loop of the progress that I am making.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with other Atlassian products (i.e. Bitbucket). Intuitive user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the on-prem version, which is lacking in features compared to the cloud version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating software development across several different teams within a medium size engineering organization.

Too clunky for lightweight users

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of backlogs, current sprints etc
What do you dislike about the product?
How many features and links are in my face when our team only uses about 15% of it all. It would be great if you could remove/reduce the amount of clutter for your team. This would make the things you actually use a little easier to find and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of pipelines and velocity visibility for a large team delivering a vital government service for millions of users each year.
