The best task and collaboration tool

Best Bug Tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is the best bug tracking tool that helps to plan, track and release software, especially for the agile software development teams. Tasks are easy to navigate, assign, and have regular reminders. You can also set mailing lists for all the bugs that are assigned to you daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not too fond of one thing about the UX; if you click on the particular bug description, it will go in edit mode, and if you are not careful, you can lose data. Also, for someone new to JIRA, it can take some time to be used to it, as navigation can also be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can document the changes and create batches for improvements, change requests, enhancements or bugs. New bugs or changes can be easily tracked, assigned, fixed, and closed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are alternatives available for bug tracking tools, but JIRA is the most collaborative tool along with great user experience, lots of build-in add-ons.
Jira: An employee user journey on steroids, lots of features, not so much qualitative info
What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows us in the office to track and monitor all our tasks effortlessly.
It's excellent for this purpose since we use it to log all our tasks for our bi-weekly and weekly tech sprints.
We also estimate the tasks by story points and use the metrics for burndown rate and closed task ratio.
It allows staying connected on slack also with all our tasks, and this also very productive for the team.
Easy task creation is also a significant feature and the dashboard for quick view, besides the backlog.
We use it extensively for external agencies with whom we share some of our internal and external tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The poor qualitative data capability is not optimal and could be improved.
It'd be nice if JIRA had an immediate UX for qualitative graphs and sprint burndown rates and productivity.
We already use the story points assessments yet would greatly benefit from more charts illustrating our teamwork pitfalls and weekly work hours spreads.
It's nice to see it integrates perfectly with the Bitbucket service, but it'd also be very nice to have more code highlights integrated into JIRA, which we currently cannot see now but need to see them from bitbucket.
I can imagine having Bitbucket integrated with Jira and the possibility of viewing qualitative information such as code commits per task and other similar metrics.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently facing lots of workload for all our employees and lots of working tasks.
We must work with bug-reporting software and workload to align the tech team with business needs and other issues reported by our marketing team.
We can share a product roadmap thanks to this software and efficiently optimize our working hours by analyzing task burndown and time spent on complex problems.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira may save lots of time and workload for effectively monitoring employee work-life balance ratio and de-loading on the team evenly.
It would be challenging with the competition to assess all the metrics and integrate with communication software such needs
