A great tool to give assignments and manage work systematically
What do you like best about the product?
One can know the progress of work anytime as everyone can use it simultaneously

It works slow when uploading the work from external source

Various tasks are being given by this tool by my managers and i typically update it when it's done

Use it to create task and update it once it is done... It's very simple to use with lots of features

Greta platform to segregate the maintenance tickets & production tickets. Keeps ou r organization more organized

The whole organization has access to this to see where everything is and get updates very quickly.
Great way to project manage
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, i love the kanban board feature. As a partner manager guiding customers through technical implementation, there are multiple steps at each stage. Being able to visualize these stages and check off steps as they get completed and track the time it takes for each step, keeps my team on track. I can also tag cross-functional colleagues on a step if needed and this helps for visibility as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Jira isn't the most user-friendly for nontechnical folks. I've always had to submit tickets to my dev team and it isn't the most straight forward in terms of where to input what- I can't immediately tell which information on the ticket is the most crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner management, project management, and operational efficiency. I've been able to see tickets at every stage of the partner setup process, see when tickets are started, in progress, and done. In addition, I can see which of my partners are where just at a glance and this helps for project management and cross-functional conversations.

It helps to keep track of bugs occurring while developing of project. We can easily create and assign user stories and comment on them.

Some technical knowledge is required when using it, and its use is a bit complex

We were able to keep track of bugs. We were also able to comment on them appropriately.

This allows maintaining your work and workflow. save your time that you spend while discussing various requirements. To manage your team and track the work this tool is quite efficient.

Features can be expanded to more level and UI can be improved.

You can use Jira but along with that try other open-source tools that delivers the same feature
