Hard to use, bad experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sprint board gives managers many tool to micro manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so confusing and disconnected, everything is hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To manage team tasks.
Jira makes us organized
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps us to keep up our Agile commitments. We can have a good visualization of our tasks while being able to assign tasks. Integration with other application is also possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a better time tracking statistics in Jira. We should be able to have statistics as the logged time by team member for instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can log our time and have a better view of how much time is needed per task. We can also keep track of our bugs and in which version they were solved

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can track your projects and see the progress. It is helpful to be able to tag other users for follow-up and attach important related documents. Easy to see who requested something and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the easiest to use for people who are not technology savvy. The MB upload limit has been an issue when I have needed to upload larger documents. I find it to be a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving project management. It helps us to collaborate as a marketing team and track where each of the members are with each project. That way we can efficiently record our workflow.

Great customization, Clean interface, Easily usable, Wonderful reporting and export options.

With great power comes great responsibility. I can see visual complexity with all the features JIRA offers.

->Ability to keep track of your projects under a single umbrella, for example, bud tracking, adding new stories to a project, deployment plan, and many more

What do you dislike about the product?
->There are a lot of fields available for each story, so sometimes it is difficult for the users to fill out values.
->Also training is very much required for the users or employees to make sure they can handle this else it becomes difficult
->Also have experienced issues with multiple users editing the same item and saving over one another's changes. Only issues have been minor that we've learned to work around.

->JIRA is a great tool to manage your project. You can't keep using outdated excel to handle your project. With little investment comes an enormous benefit.
Great Tool for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira has been the critical tool for teamwork and monitoring bugs, problems, and technical enhancements in the last three companies I have worked for. I like how easy it can be understood and used by others. I am also surprised how many plugins for all of this software and lick latch and google applications were created to interact with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I've been using this application, I've found that it wants to be as light and straightforward as possible so that I can do it with a PC. In several instances, my laptop shows me the ticket I'm searching for within 6-7 seconds, but not until the entire window has fully loaded. Are you sure it's not using third-party add-ons?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is fantastic when you're about to record a question, to consult with your colleagues, as you'll need to tell customers and college people about it. It's greatly helped my customers overcome all their problems, which frees me up a lot of time to focus on my issue with this business. You should arrange the ticket from the start for all the positions that are involved.

If you are searching for an advanced project management web app with some possible extensions, I can fully suggest Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
How Jira provides tools that allow it to be used for several purposes, and also allow its users to achieve these purposes performing complex tasks, this way, becoming a really powerful solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the same time the large amount of tools is a good aspect, it also brings the downside of making the learning curve of the software steeper and making it hard to be used, unless the user actually knows how to use its tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking problems from different products in tickets, which are assigned to different consultants, and also keeping track of the product's development status and new releases' information.

Jira is a really powerful tool that can make an excellent addition to your company, but you need to check previously if this is indeed what you need.
