Bug and feature management
What do you like best about the product?
The overview of bugs and feature requests, the collaboration options with teams and developers/product owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability, maybe a bug template would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a good overview of the workload for each team, we can prioritize better based on the story points and customer impact.
A Good Management Tool for Management and Service Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The interface provisions for customers and the ease at which the customer portal can be deployed
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is heavy. Irs not always clear what you have missed or what to do next when setting the application up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving a professional application for customers to find self help or to raise a support ticket
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small team needing to provide support and tracking facilities, then Jira is well worth a trial account. They even have a generous free option
JIRA is the best tracking application I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the rich variety of features it provides and the ability to customize practically anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features in JIRA that a regular user would need to read a manual to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA has become the only source of truth in our company. It helps us plan our work, prioritize features and track their development.
Jira review
What do you like best about the product?
The error checking function is straightforward to use. Multiple machines and clients are simple to manage for both consumers and businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the editing tools are lacking in quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses jira to keep a record of all workers' time and activities. Jira enables managers to keep staff focused on their jobs without requiring them to take any action.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
JIRA is a must-have if you have a development team working on a project/product. Connect it to your version control system and collaboration site.
Advanced and intuitive project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is among the most full task management and operational project management software available. It can be used for almost any database. The software has the ability to build custom data fields, integrate with Excel, monitor time, and use external APIs, among other things. Components are connected are assigned to a department or agent, as well as the organization as a whole is dealing with a certain problem. It has the ability to generate a roadmap for real-time monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The receiver should be a unique individual. If the recipient is a group of workers or a specific team, it would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To monitor bugs and bug development, introduce additional project work for proposed development, connect epics to stories, and track efforts to complete tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is a product that I recommend to anybody who wants to buy it with confidence because it has so many advantages. It's as if someone is sitting next to you at the table, noticing your frustrations and designing features to fix them.
The ONLY tool for Agile Software Development
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is great. The system is very user-friendly. JIRA has the ability to link with Confluence for knowledge base articles, charts, etc. which is a great resource. JIRA overall is the lifeline of Agile Software Development and when paired with Bitbucket you can actually move and align your code with the JIRA work that was completed. This paints a whole 360-degree picture for your software from conception, to design, to implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA is great, but it does have some things to dislike. The reporting can sometimes be cumbersome and clunky. It would be really nice if this could have some native reporting capacity that gives better visuals for sprint planning, etc. It would also be really awesome as an added feature to create/include a module for Sprint Retrospectives. You could directly pair a story with a retro item that would paint a really good picture to specify what went well/not so well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The physical Kanban board is great, however, this is the ONLY way you should be tracking stories, tasks, features, epics, etc. when using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or any other software development. The ability to stay organized with what stories are in each feature and what story points are in our current sprint, all of that, and more to make sure we are not losing anything via pen and paper kanban methods.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are pushing code from a dev-ops perspective, you need JIRA. This is the lifeline of your project tracking, bug tracking, and overall big picture of the software you create.
Positive Jira review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use overall and a very very helpful in tracking tasks and seeing what all your coworkers are on and and what point they are in finishing the task. Another helpful feature is being able to group tasks with overall stories and remove them from boards and start a new one when necessary. It allows for a great way to see older issues, epics, tasks through searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to find specific boards that you want to look at and having filters can also be hard to set up in the beginning otherwise overall; it is a very very very useful software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track multiple different teams progress along tasks and also being able to communicate with different teams in the comment section
A project management platform that is simple and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the most thorough project management systems I've ever used. It is completely database-compatible. The program can do special tasks, connect to Excel and other applications, integrate with APIs, and keep track of time. For instance, support tickets are issued to a department or a specific team and everyone experiences the same difficulty. It can produce a roadmap of current conditions for real-time monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should include more than a single person. We would like to target a certain team or group of employees rather than just one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can create a separate bug category and account for every new project, as well as add stories that are work items for the bug tracking system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my view, I can honestly say that Jira offers endless benefits. It’s like sitting at a table and solving your problems from there. Very simple, flexible and convenient indeed!
A good project tracking system

This is a online system which supports to track projects. Connected parties can update status, generate reports and assigned tasks to a specific person. Really enjoying the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fills that is sharing it the system are visible to all the connected parties which is bit unsecure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the use of excel kind of tracking sheets which are not very productive.
Not just for software development
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable workflows can model even the most complex business processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Default fields lean heavily to standard agile software development processes; even when renaming processes and statuses, you may need to customize to avoid some of the rigidity of the default development-oriented flows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decision tracking; workload tracking; personnel onboarding; task and project management
