Jira Core software with automated functions for task assignment and Project management

What do you like best about the product?
Jira Core a platform that has all the tools to schedule projects successfully one of the key parts when developing a project is to set due dates and assign responsibilities is where Jira Core is one of the best, has a great facility to attach files to the platform and has a large number of predefined templates to track projects in a more efficient way, has a great view of calendar and can be installed on different operating systems
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite steep learning curve in fact it can be confusing for a user to handle the platform if they are not experienced enough and if we add to this the few training options it has it increases much more the level of difficulty, the interface is a bit clunky it could use a change in design, the cost somewhat limits the number of features available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of Jira Core within our organization is very broad we use it to do research, assign resources, schedule tasks, sprint, place deadlines, observe employee performance and make labels, one of the biggest setbacks we had when we were doing projects was the assignment of deadlines reason why in the some occasions we delivered them considerable delays but since using Jira Core the organization and supervision of the tasks has improved as has our customer satisfaction
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Jira Core to organize everything related to project scheduling and task distribution because it has an automated system with few errors, the only negative aspect may be the difficulty of the platform that could have a more basic operation

What do you like best about the product?
Jira Core is an enterprise level project management solution with a high level of prioritization and task mapping as this solution gives you the opportunity to plan in the best possible way getting a high quality support due to methodologies such as Kanban boards, Scrum among others, providing a highly flexible process for reporting and tracking visually thanks to the data that the system is throwing, also with Jira Core administration and security of files are backed up in the Atlassian cloud to improve workflow with multiple processes
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform has some disadvantages in the workflow process such as the amount of files tends to be a little confusing as well as sometimes the tracking of tasks is not very clear, all this is given by the lack of training on the management of the platform in order to have a broad notion of how to run and customize Jira Core
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the hiring of Jira core service we have obtained great help with respect to tracking problems that may occur when managing projects which has been truly a headache within our company because with previous software could not locate the problems that were caused but thanks to Jira core and its task tracking system manages to locate them effectively and is also responsible for customizing and channeling the workflow by giving the data files a single core storage
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Without any doubt I would recommend Jira core because it is responsible for locating any problem that may arise from project management, as well as providing the necessary tools to solve this problem and achieving a better execution of the tasks

What do you like best about the product?
A widely accepted tool for project management and issue management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though JIRA has added depth in detail to customise the columns for issue filters. I am still finding difficult for the dashboard view of the issues i and my team working on

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has products that cover software development, service management and other areas. The extensive suite of products enable us to consolidate most of our requirements in a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be complex and user navigation could be a lot better. There are other tools out there that have better user interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with product development using an agile method. Has been instrumental in helping us track our sprints for software development and bugs.

Jira as an alternative CRM method

What do you like best about the product?
Jira's tag system has allowed all of us in our organization to manage a clean system based on our own tags. Its integration is totally simple and has a single sign-on which has allowed us to eliminate a need to create many new accounts when setting up new users. Lastly, it has an extremely comprehensive interface which has promoted us among all the users we use touring to perform complex tagging in a fast and functional way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is complicated to us the edition by command sequence since in the massive edition it can not take all the characteristics that we need at the moment. As an advanced user there are times where we do not have access to the command line interface. Many of the edits we have are not protected from inconsistencies or errors and causes the software to malfunction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jira we were able to enter, review and assign all requests in record time. This software also allowed us to centralize a directory to run from a single login.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend this software as it has helped us with the time constraint we had and has improved the limited admission we had with administrators. Jira is efficient and there are very few critical bugs that this software has. It also has new features new tools and a serious interface which makes this software the best in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy maintainable, good service !!! with everything well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenges will be there for any product, may be the multiple release versions which follow agile process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the JIRA products ,be it be defect tracking,maintainance,any thing we use as part of Agile methodology to run a SPRINT can be taken care using it smoothly with neat understanding of how to make use of it for a common user.

The perfect tool for your projects

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to organize user stories and thus be able to manage them. It is the perfect tool for SCRUM. When our provider showed us this tool to manage a project, it seemed a bit complex at first, and in fact, some people got upset. However, the provider gave us someone from their team to explain how the tool works, and in the end, we all loved it. For the IT team, it was very easy to register user stories, epics, change controls, attach images, and even videos. You can move each user story to a different position, and in this way, organize the priorities for your teams. Each user story has a code with which you can relate it to other stories if necessary, and this code is a great contribution to working in an agile manner. In Jira, we will have a scrum board, where we can organize each task and the phase it is in. All tasks are linked to a user, and every time they are modified, they will be notified, which helps reduce messages or calls. Whenever a user story or a modification arises and you are one of the responsible parties, you will not only receive a notification within the platform but all movements will be recorded in your email, which makes everything easier. User tasks can be rated to see how long each one might take and thus estimate the times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might have a relatively steep learning curve, however, either by knowing scrum or having someone guide you, it reduces that learning curve. Probably the most difficult part of the platform is the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it is easy not to address a user story, and JIRA helped us a lot to ensure that all these stories are addressed, as well as making it possible not to lose any record if we need to modify one of them. It is wonderful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before abandoning the tool, find an experienced user to support you in configuring your project. After that, everything is beautiful.

What do you like best about the product?
Best bug tracking tool with proper notification mechanism for the current state for all the watchers of the bug.
Very Very configurable on almost everything and extendable through custom scripts(built-in or via addons like Tempo, structure)
One can write his/her own addon as per requirement.
Rich library of APIs and webhook support for automating almost anything. I personally enjoyed automating a lot of stuff using these extra features.
Filtering is so easy and pragmatic in JIRA. JQL provides a lot of flexibility in satisfying the needs of all types of stakeholders and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve to this software, for which you need to read documentations.
We had a few unprecedented downtimes in recent times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Jira and would not switch from this product. The UI is genuinely nice and is perfect for agile product management methodologies, plugin add-ons like Tempo and Structure come very handily in my day to day work. It is a strong, industry-standard project management and tracking product that is flexible in allowing different teams (development, DevOps, IT, Support, etc.) to work on the same platform. I like Jira for bug tracking, especially for Agile software teams. For us it has really made a difference in collaborating within a team and with teams of the team, Agile adoption, decrease in time to market of new projects and features and on the overall spirit of the team.
