Confluence is the best document manager ever
What do you like best about the product?
I use both Jira Service Desk and Confluence and they both are great solutions to my current organization. They work with a simple interface and straight forward. I like it being simple and does the job correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Atlassian Access, when a user is deleted it stays there for almost 2 weeks. It would be good that the duration can be shortened so that users name will not appear in the product list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we were using a ticket system where all tickets are being delayed or not resolved due to the process on how the ticketing system works. After using JIRA, we were able to trace and track the issues easily without forgetting what we've done before. Another plus point would be the Confluence system which is awesome, it allows us to document our troubleshooting guide in so much tidier than before.

UI isn't that intuitive in comparison with TFS by Microsoft.

I just love the way we could divide features into stories .

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira could be used only when organisation is following Agile methodology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completion of work in most efficient way. Dividing the features in smaller stories .
So, that developer could work upon a particular story and accomplish it within a sprint.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay on track with all the agile tickets for my Project Management needs.

Nothing so far, all it does is to help me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of having a platform that does all the organization of all the tasks on hand brought by all the simultaneous time bounded projects that we undertake.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira Core is a quality intelligent platform with which you can manage projects and manage tasks with this software you can manage responsibilities, assign due dates and add attachments to the platform with great ease in fact we found the learning curve of Jira Core really low, it also has other functions to measure the progress of the teams and has available many types of prefabricated templates, has a great technical support and first class interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile platforms that Jira Core has at its disposal are very unintuitive and there is very little that can be done with them, as for the Scrum tools, they do not have functions to track milestones or to manage pending jobs, some of the functions have an extra cost and the mobile applications are still far from being as useful as the version for Windows or Mac
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Jira Core to solve different problems such as resource allocation, sprinting, setting deadlines, labeling and distributing responsibilities among all teams, Jira Core has also been very useful to track errors that occur frequently among the teams, this helps us to quickly find delays and fix them so that the workflow in each project is faster and more optimal, in the marketing departments we have started using it to set marketing calendars and media planning

Jira Core offers an intelligent platform with a fast interface and an incredible price and is very complete with a large number of functions for project management and task management that let us see the capacity of this software and for these reasons I recommend Jira Core also has an excellent customer service and technical support that is always available to help

Jira is mostly used in tracking perspective and the projects following Agile/scrum methodology are the ones who use Jira the most. Whether it's defect creating/tracking or it's sprint creation or management jira has everything included in it.

Integration of Jira with slack, bitbucket, and many others. is the best feature. Jira helps to track and maintain any project, Current status of any story and bugs can be easily tracked, it also helps to finish the project in the decided deadline

Initially, the onboarding of the app is a bit tricky but once u get to know the core features life becomes easier

- administration is difficult to navigate qnd tricky to understand for part time administrators
- performance is not amazing on agile boards with many cases

A good project management tool that works perfectly.
What do you like best about the product?
The good thing about this tool is that at the beginning it is very easy to configure, also because it is very flexible in all aspects, it offers different functions to manage projects in a simple way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I do not like is that I think its price seems very high for what it offers, on the other hand, sometimes I have problems because of the templates that cannot be changed.

The experience has been excellent, since this tool is great and we are solving different types of problems such as managing projects, tasks, and being able to obtain data and correct errors.

If you are considering this tool to manage projects, this is the one, since it is excellent and works very well, I recommend it.
