Set up can take a while.

Having an overview of tasks to be completed, when they are being worked on and when they can be signed off.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a nice way to keep track of tasks for devops people/software engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface takes some getting used to, would be nice if a ticket could automatically select the current sprint upon creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a good way to get a team to collaborate and now what each person is working on, good for creating visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprint planning and the ability to organize your projects by labels and epics. Easy to read and use with tools that help you organize your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is clunky some times and doesn't work as intended. Would like to see some changes in the right column when creating new tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to work as an organized team and build a story around the type of work we are doing.

Jira is extremely fast and bug free. I don't see anything to dislike about.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, I like every features of Jira but the most liked features is you can 'status' as much as you want. Also It help me to create workflow of the 'status' that is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, as i am familiar with many projects management tool i don't face any difficulty but as for new person it's not easy to understand complete working of Jira in just 1-2 days. There is lot of features like in report you can view your report in different ways for proper analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is flexible,it help me a lot. First of all using Jira is time saving like before this i manage my work on Excel that takes lots of time and now by using Jira is very convenient.

Collects all the data for bug tracking and further reproduction.

When you are a new user, it's a little bit complicated to use the tool, until you get familiar with it.

All testing features are collected in one tool and that makes working process fast and easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been using many tools for testing and bug tracking, but for me Jira is the best because it can be easily integrated with other tools.

It is the best team collaboration tool and really works well with other Atlassian products.

User Interface is little bit complex. So It seems difficult for beginners to use.

As I said earlier, it seems to be the best collaboration tool. So I was able to procced efficiently with the project with my team members.
