Best tool for Agile projects
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very good tool for Agile product management. We can manage release, requirements, test cases, issues very easily in Jira. Also we can generate good progress reports in Jira which are very useful to track the project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Jira much, nothing to dislike much but there are some rooms for improvement like better integration with other related products would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira for Agile development project where are able to define the Epic & stories for a release and then tracking all efforts which are much easier to do in Jira.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend use of Jira to other specially if you want a powerful project management tool for a agile software development project.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has both scrum and kanban boards. It's very easy to use.
You can create backlogs and keep pushing stories into sprints whenever you like.
Reports are very useful (burndown charts, burnup charts etc.)
Overall this is very good tool for the company to manage work for teams or team of teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing yet that I dislike. I've been using this software for over 1 year and it serves all it's purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has adopted the agile approach of working. Jira is a very useful tool for managing priorities and tracking the work progress.
All progress is properly documented and transparently visible to everyone. Team can provide comments on the stories and the product owner can easily see the progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how interactivity is handled. You can navigate to almost anywhere from anywhere else. It is so easy to get around.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot that I dislike; however, if I had to say, I would say that the complexity of it could be better explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Jira, my team is able to manage thousands of tasks, use stories, and bugs for our software project. The benefits lie primarily in the creation of customized swimlanes, ticket types, and custom fields.

Jira is widely used in the organisation for projects control and follow up . Used for personal project management as well.

It is one of the great softwares i have used so far for product and project management its quite reliable and cheap.

What do you like best about the product?
Easier to file bugs and link with related tickets. We can integrate it with project management software and can manage projects from there also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Heavy software for internet connectivity.

Bug tracking, assigning bugs to related person, to ckech if bugs solved or not and project management

Great Project Management Software where all your projects are delivered on time with no stress.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so pleasing and easy to use. It’s not complicated at all. There are no glitches or buggy problems. It’s very seamless. I like that there is no limit to the amount of projects you can add and that you can edit all your options per project.
The way to actually join up is quite easy and quick and great customer service. It’s definitely a great and fast management system and reduces the amount of emails. I monitor multiple teams so this software is so helpful to keep me across multiple projects and stay on top of everything.

The only thing I could think of is that you cant change colours or skins to make it a little
more enjoyable. That there are no clear videos of how to use Jira to send new employees. Also, that it’s a little buggy on the mobile app and quits all of sudden.
Moreover, I don’t like how easy it is to Accidentally assign yourself to a project by a keyboard shortcut. It has caused a lot of confusion. Also, sometimes you need to log in and out for some bugs.

The benefits are definitely clear and consist project management of campaigns amongst different departments in my team. It has made our promo and marketing g campaigns very organised and all delivered on time. There has been no problems.
Another benefit are the email notifications of any new updates. Moreover, you can be set as watcher with minimal notifications as well.
Also, you can set super users and the tagging option is so simple and easy in comments. I really have liked the history tab for any problems that may have occurred to prove to others employees on the real facts on promos changes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it mainly on your desktop to avoid bugs and set super users to help people on how to use the software. Also, make sure you’re careful with your motivations as they are quite constant in your email but you can set which ones you want.
Make sure you try and link it to other projects so gig have the optimal support from the program.
Also, it’s so great to send links of projects to other people in emails to make more communication so much easier and to the point.

What do you like best about the product?
1. A functionality that We notice much more in Jira is indeed the fact the
app makes it possible to create projects that could accomplish the targets.

We don't really see any limitations regarding Jira Application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vast majority aided us all to simplify workloads then arrange things relative to its strategic value.
Excellent for setting up and customizing the graphics of the work done.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it has the ability to track the launch tickets which allows us to create tickets that will be produced from several sprints in a single page and manage them from there safely and quickly, has another ability to generate reports of various types for each of the active sprints where the reports are very easy to perform and also come in the form of pie charts, these graphics help us to have a clear understanding of our work in sprint because we can customize or configure the application which allows us to have better customization of graphics to the work being done in this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software has problems with the columns in a static view since we have so many columns which each become thin and also you can create several states for a column which all appear together and are very difficult to distinguish which is which and also does not allow us to analyze the columns well due to these problems. The support can improve it, several times it happened that for the critical problems we had to exchange emails explaining to several people about the problem and which they could not solve what was a waste of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this system to allow internal communications of the project, the monitoring of problems and tasks of a simple use because it allows us to communicate through comments loaded files and this keeps the discussions of a more organized use because it allows me to have a communicative relationship with customers or project managers in a safe, more relaxed and not have communication problems. I have also used it to configure and customize the application to have a better use of it at work and without outdated that can bring problems of misuse which does not go through a good update that is made to the software and use it with guarantee and security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software because it allows you from the agile dashboards to the reports your customers or users can plan, track and manage agile software development projects from a single tool which helps your teams to launch the highest quality software faster so your company can have a more advanced software and good use. I recommend it because it gives you so many features for your business at a very affordable and easy to buy so you can have this application.

What do you like best about the product?
It has pre-built templates to show your projects in different ways to help those who are not familiar with Sprint structures get up to speed faster. I personally love how easy the software is to use and how issues can be linked together or you can create child/parent dependencies to make sure nothing falls the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have not used SCRUM methods before it can be a bit confusing to understand how the software is built. They do a great job helping with that, but for my staff that was new to SCRUM process flows it really was overwhelming for them at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking multiple software development projects across a wide variety of platforms. Key issues can be translated into stories or bug, added to our dev backlog, and easily assigned to sprints for our teams to execute objectives with more transparency. Now all of our project managers can easily track tasks from one simple interface and updates can be given quickly and on the fly to our executive teams without worrying that we are missing something.
