What do you like best about the product?
1) Writing and tracking User Stories for each project
2) Issue tracking that can be assigned to other teams.
2) Security and VA issue tracking on platform
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Hard to manage the AML from one line of business to another.
2) Search/filtering tool not working properly with specific naming convention on user stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Project management release by release with backlog
2) Defect and issue tracking from production.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the most popular tools in the market for software development. It allows developers to plan, track and launch software, it is compatible with Scrum and Kanban, it has functions to create roadmaps that allows to trace the objectives of each project, has an intelligent drag and drop interface that allows us to analyze in detail each project we run can also be used to visualize the number of hours spent on each project, does not have a level of complexity so high in fact quite simple to learn and finally has a lot of design tools, monitoring of source code and productivity applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has some points to improve for its operation is much more optimal among those points is its functions to create reports that is quite poor and I can improve, do not launch new versions often this makes many times the application is outdated, has no collaboration functions which I consider negative because usually work in groups and we need constant communication, the program can be complicated to configure and does not have tutorials that clarify all the doubts that arise and technical support takes a little time to respond
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization has been using Jira for a long time for agile and Scrum team management functions, organizing projects, obtaining accurate reports of each project, making a professional analysis of each project to see what its weaknesses and strengths are in order to have a clear vision of the product we are developing, we also use it to track the percentage of workloads assigned to each participant. We have been able to develop truly professional and useful software for our customers thanks to the different tools provided by Jira
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is created for those organizations where there are large scale projects that involve a large amount of complex tasks that must be executed by a group of people from the first stage to its execution. I also recommend it for those companies that are familiar with the Scrum and Kanban methodologies since one of the positive points of this application are the different Scrum tools that make the work of project management much simpler and easier

What do you like best about the product?
It gives full Visibility to many projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the displays are fully customizable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JIRA for managing multiple projects. Great visibility on tracking all tasks, with their full histories.
We have the ability to manage all the billing aspects of our work.
You can easily find and export issues - a very very useful and powerful resource.
There is so many levels to JIRA and I can't imagine managing projects without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is for small or large businesses looking for an excellent online tool for optimal project management. The built-in software development is unique compared to the other versions in the other softwares in the market. The communications panel and incident scheduling are excellent for tracking issues. The price is very accessible for everyone and also has a free trial
What do you dislike about the product?
The collaboration tools do not present important tasks such as contact management, calendar management or content management. A lot of time needs to be spent learning how to use the software, so valuable time is lost. The option to customize each user's interface is a bit limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bug tracking has provided us with extra help to correct small errors. We assign jobs to each employee and track the activity of each of them. We create reports and complete the information by creating roadmaps. Recurring task management and time tracking helped us to manage the tasks for each employee. Each employee has the mobile application installed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be excellent to incorporate an option for videoconferencing and make the interaction between the team more dynamic. Having a spreadsheet in task management would be a very good idea. The previous version was easier to understand than the new update

Love this Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure that Jira has where you are able to have for each main task as a ticket and then be able to add sub-tickets under to show all the work, tasks or steps that are required to complete that main task. You can add due dates, reminders, descriptions, assign it to someone in specific, comment and tag others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for dashboards that could allow you to organize all your tasks and report on all your tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team, requests used to be handled during meetings or emails. It was hard to keep up with all requests, deadlines or even details of each task. Jira has helped us improve our collaboration as a team and be able to see the workload for our different team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's a great tool for project management to help teams stay organized and set deadlines for different assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be used both as Manager and Development or maintenance team to view and update the progress.It can be linked linked with GITHUB as well to enable CI/CD pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gives too many notifications on one change

It is used to help with maintaining CI/CD pipeline and coordinate with client and their requirements.All the deployment changes are also being updated.

The report and graph generation needs better ways to track the burn, speed can become disordered if not controlled in the study tools would be difficult to guide users in the market ceasing to obtain the profitability in the moments of sales and purchases harming the objectives and goals within the organization causing losses in the profits of the company presenting failures in the mobile desktop application presenting corrections at the time of recording large delays in the work of the organization without being able to continue to ensure support for trends in the variety of tables and graphs within the cost rates per month.

It is an essential tool that has knowledge of higher rank in the technological world satisfying the needs within the companies for better development in the administrative and operational procedures must have each organization chart and functionality enforcing its objectives and goals without harming sales and purchases in the expectations of the financial markets of each organization can ensure support for trends in the variety of tables and graphs in consumer prices in the management of agile teams our organization has highly trained personnel for the proper functioning of the cloud performing their activities in different areas of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in aligning your teams. It helps the user in creating planning sprints, stories and issues and help to distribute work into the overall team. It helps in tracking, discussing and prioritizing your team works by providing proper visibility to all activities. It helps in providing transparency and beneficial communication tools. it helps in keeping you updated about every information of teams. It helps in improving the performance of teams in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be difficult to integrate and migrate through it with other application. User will have to do migrating manually which will take more time. You will not be able to download its graphical reports in formats like images. It is not helpful in improving image resolution. Size of uploading files is limited in it, it should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in providing confluence which facilitates teams by providing answers about everything. It helps in evaluating your projects and provides solutions that suit your projects according to needs. It provides automated notification by email. It provides proper visualization so that everyone will stay updated about their upcoming tasks and projects. It also helps in knowing about stages related to your projects to evaluate the progress of work.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is browser-friendly and nice sufficient even to value. Third-party application deployment might be faster, but service turnaround times will become even higher.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking one Sub Ticket to Main Ticket is a little bit tricky in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a really pleasant-to-use and descriptive program, even just a beginner towards the Scrum approach would have had a simpler way.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows you to indicate an estimate for each reported incident, you can assign priorities and assign a status to know the flow of work, currently it can be integrated with video tools and that is sensational
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to generate work reports that is a bit confusing sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization we use Jira to assign the tasks to the different engineers, we have several projects created and we handle the sprint methodology, so each engineer is assigned the task with the corresponding sprint so that it is added to their board and from there do the follow up on your work

It is very intuitive and allows you to divide the work into projects and evaluate the progress made
