JIRA - Best freestyle Agile based project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Handy. Transparent. Best for Agile-based project management and process. Authorization based view. Structure based overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to edit JIRA Task/item at any step. Too much transparency. No control over transparency. Clogged UX with too many details making gathering information difficult sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agile-based project lifecycle management. Bugs/Development/Roll Outs being done with JIRA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best software to use once you spend enough time with this software to run and track agile based project. Go ahead, use it, spend time and familiarize yourself with it.
Mind blowing tool for organizing teams as well as projects
What do you like best about the product?
It has facilitated the communication process with our stake holders and eradicated the gap and save the time as well. Also we are pleased by its kanban board which has provided us a new and easy road map to initiate with our new plans. In addition its integration services are also very amazing and they are further adding a great value in execution of our tasks. It is integrated with Bitbucket, Slack etc, which help us in transferring the data from one platform to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very reliable tool that is easy to configure and we did not face an issue in its installation, as well. One of the drawbacks is that sometimes uploading of files gets slow due to which it becomes difficult to generate reports. This problem can be easily resolved with strong internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is well known organizing tool. I can easily to share my plans with my IT teams so that they can bring new road maps for us to enhance the productivity of our various processes. Jira has secured our export related activating, now we have clear idea about the context visibility and we can better handle our workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is highly recommended software and it introduces many new ways for synchronizing your systems due to which workflow get smoother. However large marketing, sales and procurement organizations can get much benefit. There is not any other cost effective solution than Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
Ticket status, which can in turn align with the custom workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that it is advanced and too complicated, therefore, there are so many things for me to learn in there.

What do you like best about the product?
A great and easy platform for organizing teams and projects side by side. An extensible platforms with plugins for all your needs. An easy to use interface that allows easy installation. Its unique features make team collaboration easy. The price rates are affordable. Tracking team work using Jira is easy and reliable. The search filters make it easy for managing different team sprints and backlogs. Its feature makes it easy to update and the ticketing system allows for fast team collaboration. The simple user interface makes managing complex tasks easy. Better than other software’s like Excel Spreadsheets and Access for managing SDLC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a software that uses plugins for most of the work the plugins are pretty expensive even the ones that are for small tasks. The customer support isn’t very responses and is hard to reach. The new Active Sprint view restricts the users from understanding the main story and the subtasks that is sometimes confusing. The Active Sprint view should have options to enable or disable the view of the subtasks. There is a learning curve while using this platform which can be a bit hard thus it takes time for new users to get used to it. The User Interface could be made better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has more features compared to Basecamp. Jira has a reasonable price and is cheaper than most of the software.

The JIRA boards themselves help keep things organized for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search is terrible (unless you know an actual ticket number), the UX could use some major improvements, and the loading time for everything is terribly slow.

We use it to coordinate our sprint work.

It seems to be the most commonly used project management tool but I have to believe there's something easier to use.
Jira Software is a sophisticated project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an intuitive project management platform that makes it easy to track, prioritize and delegate tasks. It has many advantages: it has planning tools such as scrum, kanban, devops and problem tracking that make it much easier to plan and manage tasks, they are constantly making updates so the platform is improved day by day, you can use it to identify the hours spent on each task, you can also create a roadmap and prioritize them, the interface is simple and smart and users can easily collaborate with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira Software presents some negative points for example the tool to track the amount of hours spent on each task is quite useful but it can be difficult to know the real time worked if more than one person has used the same Jira also could add more fields to track the tasks, the application interface for android can be a little clumsy and outdated, requires more reports and tools to run graphics to work faster and more fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization applies Jira's software for tracking errors and problems to manage projects we use it in different departments because it helps us work in a more planned way we use the different scrum tools because they adapt very well to our work methodology because it helps us work according to the priority level of each project and the use of the interface is quite simple and fast with Jira we have increased our productivity much more.

I would highly recommend Jira's software for any company that needs to manage its work time in a fast and easy way through Scrum and Kanban tools. Perfect for team work and achieve an attractive workflow, the tools to track problems also recommend them in fact I consider one of the strengths of this program last also should take into account the constant updates that make the platform to be up to date with its operation.
THE BEST PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a great software for agile management. It is very easy to use. I use Jira by Atlassian and team collaboration becomes so easy when working on a common project. This software makes it effortless to handle a team and help every developer to stay on top of a task. I can easily track everything my team is performing. It manages all sorts of reporting, workflows, notifications, etc. It always helps in customization. Jira is used for all kinds of sprint tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Jira, the cloud version can be slow sometimes. I think Jira GUI is clumsy as it has so many options on the dashboard. Plugins are a bit costly. This platform is not user friendly. you should have a good grasp on what you require from the software to make sure what you need. Jira has a drawback at the initial level as for a particular task it is tough to customize the columns if you are maintaining workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provides very good search and filter functionality that makes it very easy to find my own issues. JIRA has the ability to track release tickets, we can make tickets for production from several sprints on a single page and handle it from there. This software helps in tracking of multiple sprints in one go.
The best you can get for project management
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is extremely extensible & integrates with everything including Slack, Confluence, Outlook etc. JIRA makes it really easy for tracking the work done by an individual and a team as well. Agile methodology's definition has nothing that you can't simulate in JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags sometimes while multiple people are accessing the same resource for example Agile Poker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses it for project management and logging SDLC steps.

You won't find anything that you need missing from JIRA.
Probably the gold standard for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Super flexible platform able to adapt to whatever style of agile you like to best play in. We use it in a kanban style board to really make our team's transparency easy to see and understand. It's easy features like that that make it a cut about the competition. This combined with an easy to use interface and the ability to drag and drop tickets makes it just such a flexible system. I can easily keep track of my team's current and previous tasks just simply by clicking around and viewing what kind of tickets we have in our current sprint or backlog. Task creation and epic creation as well as the ability to add flags makes it a super versatile tool also to continue to communicate with my team and internal stakeholders. The ability to @ at mention other users is also incredibly invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly wish links in tickets opened in a new tab, and not in the same window. This ends up giving us a difficult time because we will sometimes accidentally screw up clicking links and it just becomes a super frustrating experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving user experience problems and delivering valuable experiences and code for our members. The benefits are increased efficiency, time savings, and high level of transparency and communication within our team as well as our exec stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, JIRA is available on cloud which makes its accessibility easier. JIRA is suitable for Agile and Waterfall models. Workflows are easily customizable. We can link subtasks to main tasks along with attached documents. Its easy to manage with administrative point of view. JIRA is offering integration with our development tools which strengthen the traceability of progress of our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA should improve the interface of web application. If you are using more than one product of JIRA then managing users is a bit of mess. If user id has changed then its bit of hard work to carry out change to profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using JIRA for our Agile project management and software development. Also, our operational tasks and issues are being logged and tracked in JIRA. It is simple and easy to use. We have issues tracking board specifically designed which shows awesome flexibility of JIRA.
