What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track status of issues leading to better monitoring of projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to send an email to a voicemail received from a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira to keep track of issues and tasks. It has become easier to monitor who has been working on what issue and communicate with the team using the add internal note button
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand your expectations correctly. For issue tracking and project management Jira suits well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i'm prepared to give a speedy rundown to documents containing pics. I favor that I can examine docs reasonably without any problem. which I can alter my documents should I even have neglected to fuse a detail Geotagging on places of work might be a gigantic advantage. Jira disentangles everyday exercises. I can sort out business, discover data rapidly, catch thoughts in notes. it is helpful programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the time programming works gradually and that I got the chance to restart. The product must be refined. Likewise, I feel the value is high. On my PC, I can't see singular records in card see. It makes hauling pics exceptionally unwieldy as I can just relocate each in turn as opposed to various at only one event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to write notes down, exercises learned, I misuse a reasonable physical scratchpad which I can classify notes to go into certain Jira then I can review those notes as and when, enormous capacity in the interest of me, and that we can store information together in one cloud, no got the opportunity to stress over the completion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
By and large Jira worth difficult. I look at it decidedly in light of the fact that it's disentangled huge amounts of issues for the benefit of me. Highlight rich, multi-stage, label notes, join documents, can perceive penmanship, utilizing the Chrome expansion I can spare site previews or bookmarks which is very useful.

Out of the box flows, canned reports, ease of managing the Agile projects and user stories for each sprint etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little confusing for new team members and it would be beneficial to have a tutorial available for any new customers

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the finest cloud platforms for project management in the software world. My company is using this platform to manage their project in a good manner. Jira is the biggest and awsome platform with the finest feature that helps the company to manage time and their project. Time is a valuable resource for any company, So it plays an important role in managing their work with time.
Jira is a time configuration tool to the company. It is a good and valuable gift for any company that has a large number of projects. It have the finest project tracking feature that is so good for a company to help in managing their projects. It has bug tracking, issue-resolving help to the company to grow in this widest world.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is a little complex for new developers or users, who has no knowledge of it. Please make a lite version of it for better use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I stuck in the project where My code has vanished from the system, code is not working, then it helps me a lot to solved where I got wrong. It helps also that other people of the company can easily check the code and changes can be done easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think your developer has much more knowledge to change it. I only suggest that make a lite version of it.

great ticket tool to manage incidents of your customers

What do you like best about the product?
What pleases me most is how tickets are managed, in an orderly manner for each client, also that through a portal your clients can do it in an easy way to create their initiation tickets.
also create internal company tickets, for example lack of a tool, management of any requirement.
the management of which process is going, if it is open, in process, blocked or donate
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like it is the part of the process, if I put a ticket blocked in theory, the client should not be able to send me more comments on the incident, since depending on whether the client in a support is not paying, does not have the right to send tickets or continue one's comments.
sometimes it becomes um bit cumbersome to look for a finished ticket, the search engine is not dynamic and it is annoying to look for a ticket especially if you don't remember which customer was
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that everything is centralized in the incidence in one place, the client does not have to send you emails, but uses the platform and shows you exactly what it can be and they are verified by the same platform
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a recommendation is to have a good read of the documentation and also to adapt the sections to the company style, since some have for example the wizard ticket system that is dynamic but others require more detailed and the wizard is short.

What do you like best about the product?
we are using Jira as our current under developed and developed software's road mapping, planning and bug reporting tool, this is the best tool available online among all others. By using jira we can easily report bugs in our software and track their progress instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
all features and functionalities are already available in this online tool so there is no need to dislike anything about this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before we were using traditional ways of reporting bugs like through emails in which most of the time we loss their tracks and create new thread of email for that same bug. But after implementation of jira software all bugs are in front of organisation's and top management's eye and they can easily track bug's current status and also fetch reports very easily and on few clicks. They can also track how much time a bug is taking and which employee is taking the most time while resolving or reporting bugs in the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very useful web-based platform that allows us to divide and delegate tasks. In my opinion it is highly customizable that is rare in this type of platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a platform that has its own application, because web view on mobile seems weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is a great tool to facilitate task management processes. I think that Jira increases overall effectiveness of any team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the outlook integration mostly because sometimes you might miss which PBI is done or wait for testing or which PBI has a bug in the sprint. With this integration, Jira sends me an e-mail that I can track every step of PBI, task, test case, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira doesn't have test process management it owned. You need to download the Xray tool and customize it for your own. it means you need extra effort for test process management to do on Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Business Analyst in System Support Team,We are able to follow and handle all tickets and its all processes such as task, subtask, bug etc with JIRA. It is very useful with all states like "In Progress,Resolved, done, etc." from one platform. We can see how much time it has used for a task, how much time spent and who has worked with that and its history and also you can track the status of the task.

As a Business Analyst in System Support Team,We are able to follow and handle all tickets and its all processes such as task, subtask, bug etc with JIRA. It is very useful with all states like "In Progress,Resolved, done, etc." from one platform. We can see how much time it has used for a task, how much time spent and who has worked with that and its history and also you can track the status of the task.
And Jira helps organize my documentation tasks too. Here, we can keep our meeting notes and prepare our analysis documents. When u do anything in Jira it sends you an information mail. And when you in outlook you can create a task directly for an email about your work . It is very easy to use and you can customize it for yourself, since Jira has outlook integration.

What do you like best about the product?
This ticketing tool has a lots of features which are helpful in tracing bugs,issues etc and assign them correspondingly which makes the work speak.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface sometimes hangs out and network issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing issues that come on daily basis. Issues that are resolved and assigned and tracking is made easier about what actually needs to be done.
