Great for scrum/agile development

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up and run scrum boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit daunting to remain organized. Though that is most likely not the fault of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track development sprints and associated releases. It has helped us all remain on the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a simple tool for Scrum/Agile development. It performs that task admirably.

Good application to report defects

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent project management platform. The capability to produce folders and organize unique activities, more versatility and adaptability, the ability to link the group of yours with others, the ability to send comments and messages as part of any business presentation, the ability to inform folks when you need anything, and lastly brilliant analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The majority of our needs call for product development. You have to control what you would like to do and have a proper program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA seems to be excellent to track the improvement of the work of mine on tasks that are multiple and it will help me to assign tasks, spread the workload well and meet the deadlines set by the clients of mine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really convenient to work with. It's a wonderful tool for everyday job management. The notification process is fairly good. Actually, it's mobile. Excellent user interface. It's extremely incorporated with various other methods.

Bug Reporting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a software Road Mapping, Planning and bug reporting tool. As we are software development company so we have created many sprints in Jira which we use for different software. One more thing i would like to express here that its Reporting which helps in get rid of traditional reporting that we have to present to our top management.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not dislike any thing about its product and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have created different sprints in Jira so when our QA team finds any bug in software they report in that specific sprint, after reporting our development team analyse that bug and fix that bug and ask QA team to team again. Once the Testing is successful then our QA team move that task to completed. Via Jira's email notifications we stay up to dated on each and every action that is being performed on specific sprint.

Jira adapted almost immediately to our type of project

What do you like best about the product?
If we decide to choose to work with a connection between the jira and confluence platforms, we end up with a scope that merits the management of backlogs almost automatically, and the level of transparency that we have of each person involved is generally acceptable. By creating a backlog we can completely prioritize it at our convenience, and we can use it to better order our incident reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many alternatives when it comes to connecting jira to a third-party service to work with workflows, nor can you count on the system that filters content through labels, since occasionally it does not detect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The jira variability is practically designed so that the planning level of a group is raised with little effort, so that it is not difficult to constantly monitor the development of the applications in which it is working, and it is not difficult to carry out processes of oversized planning. It is also not difficult to use jira to be able to take care of the launch processes of each project, and to generate reports about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Something that is good about a service like the one offered by Jira is that it serves so that everyone in the group can always have up-to-date information about the project, but at the same time it is good to be able to generate workflows where each process can be adapted. to an informative format, which serves to keep the group informed about the different stages of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
The first thing is that this app has a very user-friendly dashboard. Also, it is possible to configure the application as per our detailed requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search features need to be more robust as we face difficulties in finding specific tasks and stories among too many of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team remotely collaborates to track and solve our workflow issues and complete any project on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has become very informative for project teams whilst going to deal across sub-team organizations to let you have usability that you might easily explore, plan, and keep updating more productively.

We don't dislike any of the qualities of this product.

It had enabled us to run the business smoothly, but now because we have an outer digital platform besides requests, it is indeed beneficial to be able worthwhile assimilate everything with Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
We recommend JIRA being rather versatile, ensuring which one should establish the configuration in whichever unique characteristic users want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Traversing around anything is somewhat complicated despite getting the appropriate expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This had proven really useful with managing projects when collaborating through multi-team initiatives to also be able to provide a user interface where you can quickly access, coordinate as well as access to a greater extent.

Software Road Mapping and Bug Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Jira as a Planning and Road Mapping tool for our fully developed and under developed software. We are also us this platform as a bug reporting tool for your development and Quality Assurance team. We have created different sprints to manage bugs and enhancement of under developed software.
What do you dislike about the product?
All most every feature is available in this online platform so we don't dislike any feature of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jira, we are reporting bugs of software via official emails, there was some flaws in that way that we are unable to check the exact status of any reported bug and also we are unable to get reporting regarding time frame / management. After switching to Jira, all of the status are available online and you can also see the timelines on just few clicks. One more benefit is that now we do not have to create and present reports to our senior management, they can extract reports like they want on just few click which helps them complete briefing and current status of any task.

What do you like best about the product?
Love Jira, There is so much you can do with it once you learn how to use it. Advance filters make searches really easy, and you can save customized filters. Kanban boards help keep us organized. Being able to do data downloads and integrate with other systems, like ticketing systems and Salesforce is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little complicated and daunting to learn because there is so much to do. The learning curve is long and makes it harder to train new employees on this system when you hire people with no previous experience with Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our sprints, R&D projects as well as enhancement requests, bug tracking, and other internal improvements. It allows cross-departamental collaboration and makes it easy for our global team to stay connected and be involved in various projects. This has allowed us to scale and grow and now that we have an external ticketing system for client requests, it is helpful to be able to integrate that with Jira.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, but make sure you have at least a couple members in your organization that either have previous experience with Jira and really know how to use it to its full potential, or invest in getting a couple of people trained in how to use this system really well so that you set it up optimally from the beginning and use all of its features.

What do you like best about the product?
We are getting full benefit from its “To Do List”, we easily maintain our projects and task and on one look we get the idea about those task that need urgent attention and those in progress. It has flexible kanban boards, which delivers us what exactly we need to see. Through its road maps, we are better creating the communication plans with our stakeholders. It provides great visibility for our pipe line. It is no doubt a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have faced some issue in the upload of the files; only limited size of files could be uploaded. Moreover for small companies its pricing is high. Also it is complex in its integration and it is difficult to migrate from other applications. So overall it is complex to use but beneficial in terms of production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA has greatly influenced our shipping department who’s after affects have thrown a positive impact on our production department. We are so convenient to handle our work flow and finding ease in takes every team member long the track. We are capable to tackles all the software related task, no we can easily issue the plans, create stories, and distribute the task across our software team. In short we are converting our strategies into actions; our team members have a transparent idea, about how to work in full context with complete visibility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is most commonly used platform to for software management, which will definitely add to your business values. We are not at all worried about the security of our data it provides enterprise-grade solutions to secure and scale Jira Software for our organization.
