Great tool to track tasks, stories and time logging

What do you like best about the product?
As far as manual entries are concerned and we keep proper tracking of the time based on utilization, JIRA is one of the best collaboration software to track your progress along with total used up time of yours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow change can be made a bit flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track customer requests, change processes, and workflow. It allows you to define categories based on use and can be leveraged to ensure the list is descriptive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for task progress and time involvement going hand-in-hand.

If your using other parts of the Atlassian sweet Jira works quiet well
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing tables in Jira is awful, also the page code syntax is different to Confluence for some reason

I like that its tracking of the tickets and how you can implement the board and customise it to the squads needs

The search tools need improving to allow for less technical people to do them

The set up and configuration is complicated and you need contractors to unlock advanced features

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to break our work down into small components that are easy to track the life cycle of. This makes it easy to know who is working on what, and where they are in that work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project management is complicated, and despite jira probably being the best product for it, it still manages to feel clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use jira to manage projects. We track whom is doing what, and how far we have progressed. We also use jira to triage new issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira has some idiosyncrasies that you have to understand through practice and patience. In the end its accomplishing a task that is fairly complicated, so it makes sense that it's occasionally still hard to use. In the end the feature you need is probably there, if you just figure out how to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
We can have track of all the bugs reported with date and time, also with the transition done by.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira takes a lot of time to display d reported bug if d count is more than 100+ and also if u r login with valid credentials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bugs can be reported in very easy way and can have the track of backlog with transition details.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because of the tracking the bugs and the project management that this tool is very important to use because you can track the bugs for each and every phase you can track the bugs.which tool is used to detect or issue tracking as well as the project management this tool is not only used for recording or reporting but it also integrated directly with the code development environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I did not found any dislike but one thing is that the cost is more.the major dislike is that I have used in my last company that is the main disadvantage to me .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the the bugs at any phase.
Project management.i have used in my last company.

I advise to use this tool because of its functionality and performance which is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software very much and it has lots of best things. It has clear layout and lots of different features which is quite useful. You can easily use and understand this software very comfortably. It can handel or organize my all the task i have been assigned with teammates. Jira to capture and organize issues, assign work, and follow team activity these things make this software more excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues or comparisons point about this software. It satisfied me fully.

Use it for for solving complex projects management task. Time saving software and easy to use and learn. With the use of this software i can solve bug tracking and product management problems.

Great Agile Development Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Great for true agile development project frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has some limitations if what you'd like to see is a top down high level view of what's going on in a project. As an executive, I am not a fan of the estimate weight vs estimate hours that are used to size a task. I like knowing how long something is going to take in hours and seeing a more granular timeline when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to run sprints for projects big and small. We've seen this really help us with organizing a project - particularly in an agile environment.
