What do you like best about the product?
Jira works in connecting me to others quickly

I wish it were easier to drag the user stories on the kanban board

I am looking to solve agile problems through using Jira
Task planning with JIRA Software.
What do you like best about the product?
It is important to note that JIRA Software is an excellent program, with extremely outstanding features that help me strengthen my search and filter system. I can also integrate this program with other platforms. It is indispensable, to track launch tickets. I like it because it helps me to have an overview line of all the tasks that are in progress. It is also excellent because it allows me to have basic reports available on the performance of teams or individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the JIRA Software interface to be much more intuitive, since they make changes very often with the tools and this in turn creates concerns to have an optimal adaptation rhythm. The cost is a disadvantage for many since it is very high. In addition to this for beginners it is somewhat confusing since it presents a very steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like JIRA Software because we can maintain successful planning through daily use. We can, in turn, create user stories or assign specific tasks to members of an entire department. We have really benefited from the ability to have compatibility with our company's database. The result has been significant with its use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software, since excellent coordination and control of the processes to be structured in the future can be carried out. It is applicable to make a tick system and also to share data specifications. It is very functional, emphasizes the idea of being productive under the objective of increasing workflows.

Interface is little difficult to understand and if they can provide documentation on best practices then it would be great

The tool is extremely flexible and easy to use, allowing different types of methodologies and organizations to be applied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when you have many tasks, teams, and projects it can be hard to navigate through all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing internal tasks for development and product teams, and organizing product roadmaps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Implement it in a continuous and iterative mode, and try to keep it always clean and organized.
Scrum and Kanban combo make it a worthy experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible system, allows to configure practically everything. Mobile versions of the app are also accessible from the tablets, and the interface mostly still looks nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality is that rich, that sometimes it's hard to find proper configuration settings. In such moments you just wish there could have been some kind of "simplified" mode, and better, if there were even a few "simplified" presets, depending on the current workload. Calendar widget where you may plan your tasks in advance also could be of help, but it's simply not available.

Creating follow-ups on customer issues, resolving them as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As this software has a lot of functional, if you haven't tried anything similar before, it may take a bit of time for you to get used to it. But worth it.
I love this product and how I am able to keep track of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for tracking tickets, bug reporting and teamwork collaboration from reporting, grooming, dev, QA, UAT, up to deployment to Production. Jira has more and more features that I am learning about daily. Always something new popping up that I didn't know about before. Only been using it for a few months and it's been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not visually appealing, it takes a while to load, and I seem to get emails about updated tickets even though there is no update. It's what we use but I'm not thrilled by it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is Best in class tracking daily issues software. within the organization we come across many daily issues that are communicated via email and Face to Face talk, this makes tougher to track progress on the issue and losing the traction on the subject or issue. through Jira, it's very easy to track all these smaller issues and brings much visibility in the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
JIRA is amazing. It helps our team stay organized and helps us deliver projects on time. We use about 10% of the features, but it is still worth the money we pay.
Jira: a project management and error monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA tend to work with projects very well, allowing us to easily adjust tasks with their corresponding story points. My entire team thinks it's simple to use and that it does not require much practice to use it properly. It has many panels that are very helpful and we use them to demonstrate the team where issues can be tracked. Besides, we can generate custom perspectives that are particularly helpful to my team, so that we only focus on the issues we face at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements can be made with the user interface, as it's too simple for all the things that can be done with JIRA. Also, I would have like to see Confluence and JIRA merge, so we only had to pay a single price for the project documentation, that cannot be paid individually. A specific problem we have sometimes is when JIRA enters our order book automatically and then I must move on to a separate page to deal with the pending task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most of the company's projects, JIRA is used as project management and error monitoring tool. Each team utilizes JIRA a bit differently, but in general we follow the same framework. If anything happens that prevents the work from developing, we can readily place a block in the assignment until it is removed, which will always keep that data we're working on safe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I must say JIRA is a really marvelous tool for big teams and companies for project management.

Allows to create tickets and user can add a lot of information which need not just be text.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA mac app is missing a number of features and feels a lot slower.

Project and issue tracking is why we primarily use JIRA.

Jira is used for bug tracking, issue tracking, project management, and to track issues and bugs related to software- I like it’s sleek design and easy way to move products from one side to the other

I wish it would be easier to assign suntans - a reminder to assign sub tasks would be nice

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish jira fields would save on click away of the field, instead of having to click the checkmark to save the updates. Sometimes this causes issues with some of our team members who are not as familiar with how to use the tool.
I also wish you could zoom in and out on the Kanban board view. When we have a lot of cards on the board it is hard to locate certain ones without having to use the command-F browser search.

We manage our entire development process in Jira. We would not be able to complete and deliver projects with the quality that we are used to without Jira. It allows for real-time collaboration on the cloud.
