It is tracker for teams planning and building great products and lots of Teams choose this software to capture, organize issues, follow team works etc. It save your lots of time and cost. A hybrid tool for Request Tracking and Timekeeping
What do you like best about the product?
can Enter time everytime a Request is status changed, so that there is no need to track hours spent or remember them later.
Linking with other Requests and Linking to Confluence
Clone feature is great.
Linking with other Requests and Linking to Confluence
Clone feature is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously it may be the problem with implementation or corporations that follow JIRA to track 8 hours per day. But we all know only 80% or around 6.5 hrs of work gets done in an 8 hour workday. We do not have to enter every misc activity like unscheduled meetings or helping other team mates should also be entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One single System that tracks Requests, Defects, Internal Process Enhancements in one place and having the ability to Time Track and Status Reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A lot of customization is possible. Without the customization you would not be having the terminology or process flow that is followed in your Organization. Consider spending a lot of time setting it up.
Awesome product for Issue tracking & Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Atlassian's Jira is one of the best tool for issues tracking and project management. In project management, user stories are there to complete any functionality in project. In that story, all the small details are mentioned with required screenshots and hence useful for development. Also estimated time is mentioned which is useful for deadline purpose. For issue tracking, ticket for bugs related to functionality in project are created and assigned to testing team. Status for tickets are also there which changes according to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes server of Jira goes down and hence it creates problems when any urgency for project task is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has one functionality of projects in which different projects related to different category are displayed and we can switch to any project. Jira has also dashboard in which ticket assigned to particular user are displayed , hence it becomes easier for user to work on that tickets. Project Time-sheet is also there which logs the work of particular user and hence solves the problem for tracking work and time to complete work. Apart from these, Issue tracking is also helpful to solve bugs.
Work logs are there to track daily activities of user. Also Jira is connected with bitbucket and hence solves the problem of branch management in collaboration with bitbucket.

Best Issue Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can track, plan and manage issues/stories in JIRA. Issue or Issuer tracking tool helps assign, manage, lead, track and address the issues and stories in an agile fashion as well if needed. Atlassian has taken it to another level with the built in templates and customization as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the JIRA feature where it needs heavy load customizing if you are using it for Non Tech purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit or good use of this tool is that you can solve multiple problems with the Tool. It helps attention to detail and always keeping everything in track with who's assigned , who is working on it , and how long the Required remediated date is.
Organize Your Org with Jira
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is so easy to use and intuitive that there is virtually very little learning curve to begin using it immediately. Whether you need a ticketing system, a way to manage your user stories and projects, need to keep a backlog of new feature requests, or just need to manage a team all in one convenient place, Jira is the answer to getting it all done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is such a useful and comprehensive app that there's little I can say that I dislike. They've even got their own "JQL" so that if you need to create custom filters for the tickets or stories you want to see, you can show them exactly that way you need in your dashboard or tasklist. If you need to determine whether or not it will fit your organization - Jira offers a free trial that you can install in house on a local machine to test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and support are the two big problems that Jira solves extremely well. Jira is realtime and serves organization-wide - yes that means across cities, you don't need to be on the same vpn to witness the power of Jira to encourage collaboration and communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow project managers time to pre-plan how the app will be set up. The groups, projects, story points, dashboards, and overall feel will be crucial in keeping your organization organized. Then have them give their suggestions over to the admins to get it all set up properly.
Keeps our project organized
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps us capture and organize issues, assign work and track team activity regardless of the agile software development model we're using: Scrum, Kanban, etc. It's also great that Github can be easily integrated so we know the current status of the ticket in our Github repo. Another really great benefit is that we can also identify priority items easily and even add an expedited category to our active board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very feature-heavy one-size-fits-all solution which makes it a little bit complex to use. The UI isn't the most user-friendly but with extensive use, anyone should be able to get a hang of it. With a few tweaks here and there, JIRA should be able to make the UI more user-friendly in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity tracking, bug tracking, requirements tracking, etc. We have greatly benefited from the Sprint planning feature of JIRA. It makes it so easy for us to track and complete tickets as everything is organized. The status of each ticket is easily viewable during our daily meetings and it's much easier to assign tasks to everyone in the team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great project management tool that lets you easily track your project's progress and also assign tasks. It's not exactly the easiest tool to use because of the many features it offers but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty great. It's the best available software for this purpose.
It's great for support tickets
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I get constant notifications about the status of my tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the app can only be used on macOS Catalina which means I can only use it on my laptop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really assists with support ticket creation and resolution by providing clear insights on project status
makes tracking tickets/ projects easy
What do you like best about the product?
i really appreciate that you can clone tickets that already exist and use them as templates for later use. it shows you where the ticket was cloned from and you can also link tickets to other tickets/sub-tasks so that you have everything you need in one place. you can also update deadlines, job numbers, and assign the tickets to people who will have visibility if changes are made.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike that date numbers are crossed out and the new updated number is shown - rather than updating the entire date itself. this can easily cause confusion, and then i will have to take an extra step and go into the ticket, which isn't always convenient. i also dislike that jira sends an email communication after every single change that is made, rather than waiting after a little bit of time and sending something that shows all of the changes at have been at once (the former causes too many email updates to be sent into your inbox)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving project/task tracking, as well as leaving an electronic trail of these tasks
Makes Sprint Planning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Structure and relationship between User Stories and Epics and Tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sharing and organizingvwork across projects can be cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of tasks; visibility of team progress; sharing and use of documentation
