What do you like best about the product?
It is a way to contact other teams and bring attention to bugs or issues that need to be fixed
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt seem super intuitive sometimes and is a bit confusing to navigate at times, I really only using it for one feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines the process of tracking bugs or issues to other teams without sending direct messges.

Great project management tool for tracking bugs and working teams

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that you could track change requests and test scenarios. I like the workflows that you can set up to move through the different steps in issue resolution. After trying quite a lot of progress tracking apps for teams this is the one I like the most. The design is really intuitive. And there's a lot of customizing options and ways to automate management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira software is not cheap. There's a limited free version up to 10 users, but once you run in full operations, you'll need to upgrade your package. I like the older UI where the status changes were clearer and more user-friendly. The new one does not really feel comfortable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for our Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing for large enterprise implementation. The reporting was good as we could see our progress, and we were able to load all of our test case scenarios. We did an extensive search and ended up with JIRA for project management for my team and for our cross-department projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've been using it now with our marketing team for several months, and I had previously used it with product teams, JIRA is such an amazing software for developers and support to help reporting and development create plans for development

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate in tasks and dashboards, advanced search by any possible fields, drag and drop attachments, easy comments and people mentioning. Good time tracking and sprints management
What do you dislike about the product?
I had experience with on premise JIRA and hundred of thousand tasks , and it worked like really really slow. Could wait couple of minutes ticket to load and it was very annoying

What do you like best about the product?
It's very configurable. You can create custom work flows for each projects' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex sometimes, and navigating around when you have 5 projects can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a simple TODO list is not enough, Jira comes to help with managing large task base.

What do you like best about the product?
The way in which we can attach screenshots of bugs, screen-recording of bugs is absolutely amazing and very intuitive. In my experience i haven't seen such a fluent UI where in things are very smooth and easy and the also mobile apps compliment the main UI app. Help us a lot to track issues and so on when on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not noticed any downsides about the application as such it meets our requirements and with respect showing reports like burn-down charts and all sprint based reports, it's head and shoulders above the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary problems were are solving is bug-tracking and project-management via sprints and so on. Didn't notice any issues as such with JIRA via the browser and also the mobile App.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nothing as of now, the tool is brilliant and meets our requirements.

A great tool for a product manager

What do you like best about the product?
My experience has been great with Jira and gives me so much functionality out of the box. Within five minutes, I can create a board and invite my whole team to start working with me. It doesn't take long to customize your presentation of work to make it specific to your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally some annoying bugs that will present themselves, but it's never something that really prevents me from using the product effectively; usually, it's an annoying UI bug that looks messy or ugly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an organization for priority lists for bug fixes and Updates. It allows the team who is responsible for fixing the issues to organize their workflow while allowing other users to comment asking for updates on progress towards fixing any issue. JIRA does everything that I need and has become a critical piece of my day-to-day work. It's never easy to build a product for product people, but JIRA has found a way to do most of what I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our technical support team uses it to track bugs they need to fix and prioritize their work. While the rest of us can view and see the progress and leave notes for updates

What do you like best about the product?
I am very comfortable using jira and like the filter options as it helps me in generation of customized reports for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, I think Prices are bit higher. if prices can be cut down it will capture more market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using jira for project management and report generation to track the progress of a work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is very easy to use and helped us to track the workstatus whenever required.

What do you like best about the product?
There's also a brilliant plugin design that allows developers to create and alter features through the use of Java or JavaScript. These have allowed a very effective organization of developers to contribute continuously to the global market of the Jira plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA is a powerful tool that is still being built and strengthened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its activities of the Production, Quality assurance or Release team were shared in a way that involves a stalemate condition.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup is pretty easy and straightforward. It's a great way to manage all of our workflows and add new members to the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow seem very difficult and/or complex to follow. Workflow seems to be a bit more complex than need. As an employee of a startup, the cost seems to be just a bit aggressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to keep a record of any issue the website or admin may be encountering. This allows our tech team to get data on the issue and allows them as well feedback in realtime
