What do you like best about the product?
Has great flexibility in task creation and management. Very customisable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be confusing to do simple tasks that should be quick.

If has allowed quick task management and good test planning.

Project Management and project development tracking is get easy with Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful part of Jira is it's task status tracking and integration with bitbucket. Where we don't have to log daily work on separate sheet. It's as easy as create task and give estimate time of task completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Jira UI is quite complex to understand at first.
- No direct option to see monthly work log for that we need to use Jira assistant.
- An user can log N number of hour in the same day on different task. There must be validation max 24 hour work log in a day.
- Once work is logged one can't edit the log, there is only delete option for the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I am solving complex Project management task through Jira which alternatively can be solved using trello or Asana but Jira is more robust.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is the best project management tool available in the market. I recommend all to give it a try.

Jira: the best option for managing software projects

What do you like best about the product?
jira is a very complete platform for project management, in my company we use it particularly to manage software projects and we perform an integration with bitbucket for the registration of source code.

among the best options are: manage custom flows, adapt to work with agile methodology or scrum, component vesionization, set priorities, add customizable fields, adapt screens to customer taste, integration with many other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far the things that have upset me have been very few, perhaps of the most important is that I would like the on-premises version to be installed on linux servers, that the reports of hours logged by user were more friendly, and that there was a Native mobile app to track tickets when you're not on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira for us represents a great help in the coordination of the development team, now that we are using the Agile working methodology we can establish work sprints, setting goals and visualizing the resources assigned to each composition. increases our efficient on a large scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
we strongly recommend the use of this work tool, since we started using it our team has greatly improved its productivity, we now have record of all the developments and bugs that may arise throughout the implementation of a Project.

user-friendly interface, ease of implementation, in-built features like notification, search, popup-advice, better visibility and user-specific profile-based summary.

custom fields are absent which would have made issue submission easier and optimized

Very effective management of projects

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like about JIRA is how their information is organized for every one project, report, story, etc. They have a unique way of categorizing some of the user stories which can lead to the product owners and to start solving their issues. Another thing that I like is the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
New UI navigation is still very unfriendly. When you try to switch between My work and Reports using tempo plugin it is hard to be very effective. I need to reset view and start from the root menu because UI is very confusing still. Integration with Tempo is not optimized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s simple and it’s great if you want to monitor something. The best thing about JIRA is that it allows people to use their tools and templates which most of the software companies don’t allow. Plus you can use it for basic workflows tickets and it’s easy to customize the views of the ticket to have the information that you want.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The one main thing that is kind of bad is that you can’t close tickets. But every software has something that they need to change so it’s not a big deal. JIRA has acted as a database for my entire program and has served us well. I would recommend to other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
its high flexibility with different Agile methodologies and integration with an incredible range of services, such as GitHub, which enables it to track open-ended issues and PRs automatically. I still find the implementation of Jira Kanban to be one of the best I used.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some places, the interface may appear inconsistent and outdated, which may confuse or make it difficult to find certain actions so easy to create a new problem. The learning curve is therefore longer than we assume.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is very versatile and enables problem management, epic or basic tales, but features are not fully built from a UX perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira seems to be a place where tracking projects and issues comes together with collaboration. My team can work together on a project or break-fix even though we are remote employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is awkward and learning curve is very high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep more details notes and diagrams for our projects and once a particular project is started it is easy to use as a template for future work.

What do you like best about the product?
1) The ability to create epics and user stories
2) You can create sub-tasks for a user story and assign those sub-tasks to individual people
3) Automatic emails to reporter and assignee of task every time something is updated
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about JIRA, every organisation I have worked with has used it to track user stores, bugs etc,

Task tracking. JIRA board provides a holistic view of the current sprint which helps scrum masters and team members to manage tasks efficietly

What do you like best about the product?
Its UI is simple and easy to access all the features, status of tasks can be changed through web app and as well as from mobile app, the drag and drop feature to add the attachments
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such i am satisfied with current jira features, It would be good have large file uploading option, currently we have a restriction of 10mb
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly to track ongoing Projects and to create bugs, we can be updated with the tasks assigned to us for ongoing iteration, before closing any task the time spent of tasks can be logged.

Jira allows collaboration of teams to effectively and efficiently get tasks completed. The ticket system and automatic assignments are very useful on large organizations.

Jira can have a bit of a learning curve and understanding for first time users.

Jira has enabled the completion of tasks between different teams, especially the escalation of issues, defects, processes, and adhoc reporting extraction.
