What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of options to customize your workflow to fit your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The application regularly crashes, fails to update, or gets stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to track our cancellations process.

Best defect tracking tool out in the market

What do you like best about the product?
U can track all the bugs,tasks and subtasks. Best thing is you can export them to your local system
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of jira is bit high compared to some of the defect tracking tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for bug tracking mainly by raising the issues to developer

Great tool for Agile Methodology

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the great tool for Agile methodology. Creating ticket in Jira is very easy and you can even add description in it. It also provides option to add comments. You can even upload different type of files like png, videos to add more information to the ticket/bugs. It has very good scrum board which gives information like current progress of the tasks/bugs, story points. You can even prioritize particular task and also search accordingly. Integration to other products like Bitbucket, Confluence is very important feature to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to learn Jira Query Language to maximize the search results which is somewhat difficult if you are new to this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Jira as Project management in my organization. It gives all the information like current progress of the tasks/bugs in current sprint, workload of team members and many more which helped me a lot in delivering the product smoothly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is the best project management tool which follows agile methodology. I would recommend it to all who wants to have good project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to create tasks, assign expected duration, champion, due dates, ... and plan sprints based on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to buy add ons or plugins for some basic features like reoccurring tasks which needs the scheduler app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making doable plans and sprints based on real work load
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect tool for task management. But better to integrate it with confluence or google drive for maximum efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
After submitting a help desk ticket, I get updates and IT desk response in an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not only an employee who sees how the company uses Jira but I have a login so I can access the system. The UX is a little clunky to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place system and record for all issues IT related (instead of shooting our 1 IT guy an email or slack).

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few project management tools across different companies, from Notion (tiny team) to Asana (still tiny team but growing) and, finally, Jira (medium team and beyond). And I gotta say, I love Jira. It's shining moment is cross-team collaboration, doesn't really get better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting Jira up is not easy, and can't really be done by someone without back-end chops. When it needs modifying or fixing, it's not easy to do for most. So that's a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prefer to have some level of hands-on when it comes to moving things through the workflow, and Jira allowed for the perfect amount of this while still automating enough things to where I didn't need to constantly be in it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely needs to be used for teams of more than 20. Less than that and it's too much work to implement. Good news is, Jira is incredibly scalable and can be used for years!

What do you like best about the product?
Jira ia One the most powerful tool for bug reporting. You can easily keep track of the bugs, assign each of them to your coworkers and get everything done
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira could be pretty stiff to eventuali review of the opened issues. Sometimes finding issues could be difficult

Easy to work with JIRA

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to handle projects using JIRA, we integrated it with our workflow so much that we can not work without it. We can very easy track progress of the work, see what tasks we need to do first or how the team is going.
Also the integration between the knowledge and the tickets is done very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike using JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are logging working time and projects tasks in JIRA. We use the knowledgebase for documentations.

Try JIRA, it helps the workflow so you can focus on your primary job.
