Jira helps to make a good tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Contains solid integration with JIRA modules, it also does a great job of tracking our assets, manages all our related contracts, is easy to configure and manage
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain problems with the platform like, the product works differently in different browsers. Sometimes it is very slow to reflect that you are dragging things between columns, it is also difficult to configure custom fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira in the company to facilitate agile programming. We have boards that we use for different products, It does a great job of keeping everything in one place. It allows others to see what happens in the whole group, it is very easy to use
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program works well in our organization. It does a perfect job keeping track, I have not had any problems with the software, it is excellent as good as to recommend

Best platform for controlling the projects and documenting them

What do you like best about the product?
It has built in functions where we can monitor this tool for the projects here we can monitor the progress of the project,this also helps in the reporting and structuring the reports.the main thing of this tool is performance and the functionality is very nice .
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now I did not found any dislike but one main thing is the this tool has more cost that it should buy this tool for individual users in the organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and structuring the reports,monitoring the progress of the project , tracking the bugs and this tool is very fast execution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to use this tool because of the performance and the functionality and it helps for tracking the bugs and monitoring the progress of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really complex in a good way, in a sense that it has everything we need in our company to manage a lot of different projects and teams with their particular issues, needs and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have been improving their interface, but sometimes it is still clunky, with so much on the screen that you feel overwhelmed, and to do some tasks that should be simpler it takes you through a couple of different pages and way to many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of different teams working with many different projects, clients and processes, and Jira is flexible enough for us to accommodate and setup all of that without too much hassle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a powerful tool to solve large and complex problems. If that is what you are looking for, this is the tool for you.

Very useful tool to communicate problems with support team

What do you like best about the product?
You can create several projects and monitor them all at once. Opening a ticket in Jira means that you can describe your issue, add relative files and choose the assigned members that will be included in the future communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if there are many open tickets it is difficult o prioritize what should be resolved first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Innovation team in my company has created many applications to ensure delivery of client needs. All these applications require testing from users before can be launched in production. That means several back and forth between us and the developers of the tools. Jira makes it easy to keep track all pending tickets as well as the comments of the assigned member that try to resolve each issue. It has grades of importancce like "minor" "major" "blocker" or "bug" that can be used to give insights about how tricky and important is a current issues and what should be prioritized from support teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me submit tickets on behalf of my clients and prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the efficiency of getting to the actual ticket portal. When client sends through email, it's not the easiest to get through the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping my clients solve issues with New Relic faster, and more efficient.

Jira is powerful if configured properly

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a powerful tool to plan sprints and manage a service desk. The Atlassian store contains literally thousands of plugins that can be used to extend Jira's usability. The workflow editor can be used to create custom workflows for many use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management and administration can be very overwhelming. It is not a product that you can jump into without reading documentation or watching videos about how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other products like JitBit and BMC Track-It made it difficult to track request resolutions, change management, and projects. Jira easily supports requests tracking, change requests and projects

Be prepared to invest a lot of time and resources in getting Jira set up correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a great project management collaboration tool, enabling all members of a team so see the work that is being done, needs to be done, or is complete. Also allows for many tags, to enable quick reporting of tasks by category. Very user friendly with drag and drop features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the format of your board with team member restrictions/allowances can be a bit cumbersome. If set up incorrectly, it disallows a particular flow of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing Jira enables us to quickly solve for multiple competing tasks. Users are easily able to rank importance of a task, along with the amount of time it will take to complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy way to manage development bugs and features, this is a great product.

Very detailed and has a lot of ways to filter and search for tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to learn the software at first. Very annoying to learn everything

Organizing all my tasks in one place, good filtering queries. Very easy to see teammates' tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a great ticket based project management solutions. Tracking stories, epics, bugs, tasks, etc. is super simple and intuitive. Overall I really enjoy the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of features and searching / finding tickets can sometimes be a lot of work. The UI is sometimes a bit busy as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing system for bugs, project management for epics and features for new stories. Multiple developers and project managers working on the system.
