What do you like best about the product?
Jira offers the different types of task tickets such as Bug, EPIC, Sub-Task. Facile to assign the tickets to particular assignees and you can easily track the status of the particular tickets in Jira. It is faculty to integrate with other application such as BitBucket, Confluence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is foremost tool for managing and tracking the bugs and tickets and nothing is disliked on Jira project management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With help of jira we can easily identify the status of Bugs such as open, triage, QA Deployed. Easily we can download the Sprint report in excel formal. We can also link the bugs to specific tickets or EPIC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really help for tracking and managing the project management tasks and bugs can be easily tracked in Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it offers integration with GitHub so that I can see any pull requests or commits regarding a ticket right there, the JQl proves to be very useful as well in searching for old ticket, the keyboard shortcuts available certainly make the life easier, the sprint boards are very nicely designed as well. Overall its a good experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its unbearably slow even when the network doesn't seem to be slow at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bug tracking, sprint planning these things are very easy to di with Jira

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature of Jira is it's ability to keep our work organized in a way that shows who is working on something, and what the status of the work is. It has nice integrations to know if something is in code review as well. I also appreciate Jira APIs for automating tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes JIRA can be very slow, but this is usually when many users are creating and editing JIRAs. For the most part, the system works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized the benefit of organizing our work. This allows us to sync up on the status, and what needs to be done faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how they have an online web version that makes it easy to deploy and administer. Being able to track work is great. It's packed with so many features. You need not use multiple tools to track work, communicate and share project data. Everything can happen in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paid plan whereas trello has a free plan Can be confusing to use at first if you come from Trello Have to setup permissions properly or else you get blocked from doing certain things that you would expect to be able to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been an interesting journey learning about JIRA. It took some time for me to become comfortable, but I can now seamlessly navigate the platform, log work and communicate with project stakeholders. Definitely a must-have for agencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use like Trello Manage software status and keep track of bugs/issues assign issues to people and it shows up in their email

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the whole scrum board and Kanban boards which allows the user to create customized workflows. The issue tracking feature enables the user and the team to look at the open/closed issues, plan the project road map and communicate the progress with the shareholders. Plus its cheap to use!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the option to create Gantt charts should be embedded within Jira, rather than installing third party apps to access that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly used it for Issue tracking and the Scrum board. Jira gave a clear picture about the project progress and we could plan for the future sprints accordingly.

Highly recommended for project management!

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a fantastic organizational tool for project management. I love having everything in one place with the filters and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jira search function is pretty tricky. You have to know exactly which boolean phrases to use, which isn't necessarily intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is great for tracking tasks and staying organized. My organization tracks pretty much everything on Jira.

Make sure to teach search functions early on
