What do you like best about the product?
Jira from atlassian has been my daily used tool to maintain and drive my workflow of development. Main think i like about it is it's user interface. It is so intuitive that any beginner can also use it without learning much. Also, one of the best and helpful feature of it is the user stories in order to assign the tasks. I don't need to take care of heavy documentation as well as dependencies. Because with jira, all these aspects i can manage with few clicks. Jira Ultimately reduces the confusion in the development while working in the team, and provide proper and precise information regarding further development dependencies, which Ultimately increases the productivity of developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there is not much community support that i have found on internet. Therefore, at some point of times, you may have to suffer from serfing a lot about your issue in jira. Other than that there are not any major issues in jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use jira every day to assign and track the record of development tasks provided to different developers in different teams. Also, we use it for generating product documents susch software requirements specifications (srs), spmp, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is very necessary platform to manage the work when there is multiple teams and multiple developers working on the same product. It is very with the help of jira to manage all the internal consistency of the development. It is definitely a worth to consider in the organization to improve the overall productivity of the work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ui of jira it is very user friendly and one can easily get used to it in a short period, the work status can be updated just with a click on top where all the status options are displayed, with jira one can organize the projects and reports in a systemaic way
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see attachements customization which is currently missing

To watch out projects and tasks and to utilize resources bandwidth as per jira work load
Agiile management tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an agile scrum master, I like the power Jira gives to manage your project, epics, tasks, user stories and sprints. And of course the kanban boards and agile boards are also a powerful tool to easily manage your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard needs to have more free plugins to allow you to know the most important information about your projects at the moment you enter and in one single page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing agile teams and projects, Jira gives us a great management of our tasks, sprints and user stories and also let us estimate our time, vacations and create project reports with all the information we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to use and buy all the plugins you need to manage your enterprise because it's easy when they are together in the same place

What do you like best about the product?
I am software engineer and i always need to keep track of my work, but as i am working in multiple projects it is very though to keep track of all work of different projects, here jira came in to file and help me out, and it keeps my all tasks track and also its shoes latest comments about my work get by clients and have status of my work as in complete, in-progress or not started yet etc
What do you dislike about the product?
jira is very useful though but one functionality of its called sub task is bit confusing for me, as sometime it shoes same task at two different place that freak me out and i assumed that how same task are appere here when i didn't insert same task twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved many problem with help of jira as i already mention that i am working on multiple projects, so the thing is we have multiple tasks for multiple sprints of different projects that we need to mange at same time so sometimes it seems almost impossible to mange all this task manually but with jira its not even a problem to deal with, it solved all this just like that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i can recommend-ate jira to my friends as it can help them a lot with managing their tasks stuff, and it will make their task management no big deal for them

it is truly helpful for to manage the bugs, backlogs, sprints. it has faculty to make it work in line with your business specification will be more than facile, as developers on condition that you with adaptable REST and Java APIs, add-on plugins accessible in the Jira Marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
When user go through the older ticket then you will not get the correct date and time of the ticket creation and comments. It is inflexible to setup the projects and workflows for issues and UI/UX for creating them is not so facile to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with Jira is overall great. Make use of Jira the project can be straightforward maintained. Bug Tracking becomes more flexible to track the issues. it works phenomenally as a tool to assist manage projects both small and large.

- Using JIRA one can log the hour in the ticket. Log hours feature is very helpful as one can know how much time it takes for the particular JIRA.

JIRA provides so much feature so I didn't have much complain about it. They only can include more documentation for the user convenience.

JIRA is one of the best tool for the bug tracking. Using JIRA I can easily work on any bug or ticket. The integration with the bitbucket and confluence is very helpful, as I can easily create branch from the JIRA and can work on that. Also I can easily comment in JIRA.

JIRA is the one of the best bug tracking tool. It can be used by the company or by an individual for the better tracking of the bug. The JIRA is worth a try !!
