A needed tool for team working
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is improving a lot the productivity of a project. It allows to have a general view of the remaining work but also to sort ticket by priority which is very important for team work and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, the ticket view was not well-designed, but they improve it in the new version which it's much better for a quick look of the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows to manage projects and improve team working in an Agile context. Another benefits, it simplifies the way of fixing bug.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend to use Jira for improving development methods.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jira is useful for project management in a truly agile environment. This software has helped us move more to agile from a waterfall. This has made tracking what our Developers/Engineers are currently working on, not only based on sprints but as a whole what they are running into or figured out. making it easier to report back to stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
All the good stuff in Jira is also available in much cheaper or even free packages. We're currently looking at how other packages can serve us in a less-cost variant. Sometimes the flow of the site was not exactly as user-friendly as it could be but for the most part easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from Fogbugz, in comparison I would say much easier to use and the UI was not nicer to look at. Linking other related Jira issues Good for getting estimated efforts from the Engineering team. Creating filters to customize your own dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and easily keeps track of issues, can easily upload images to go along with bugs or new tasks. This software does what it should do; you can manage tasks, bugs, features within a project. Those can be scheduled in a sprint. That sprint is updated day by day by the team members itself.

Jira is best project management tool where as a developer we can link the tickets related to each code checkin, and each task can have multiple tasks with unitbtest cases and test case execution

What do you like best about the product?
Overall I love JIRA and appreciate the efficiency of tracking a ticket. The software can be connected to your email and send an alert whenever someone comments on the submission, changes it's status or closes it, along with alerting you to comments being added whether it's a developer requesting more information or a coworker inquiring about any updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
My concerns with JIRA are with its organizational structure. When you start searching for specific tickets it's essential that every character you search for is accurate, including spacing, otherwise you might not receive anything in the search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used JIRA to track software bugs and allocate assignments to developers for fixing. It's a great tracking system and is efficient at helping keep involved parties updated about a specific ticket.
Great tool to manage issues
What do you like best about the product?
It's a easy tool to manage the issues, all the information is given in a really visual way. Also you can find the issues with no problem. Really useful for agile projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't find anything yet that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have problem with the bug tracking, but with this tool it's easy as we can choose thet states we want to follow for the issues, and everything is evidenced. Also the reports help with this.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tools I have ever used in my professional career. JIRA is 85% of my work time on any given day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new next gen projects are a bit buggy and need fixes.

A perfect tool for startups
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using it to assign tasks to our product development team. It's quite easy to feel up the details about what I want from them, Love the filtering option and set up the priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I dislike. The one I must say is the time it took to understand the product. Well, it's obvious for any new integration. But looking at other advantages, I forgot about it as once I know it was much handy in my daily tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was greatly beneficial for or product development team to manage our production through sprints and we would able to manage and finish daily tasks in a timely manner.
