What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly allows us to track project status without excel sheets and stuff. but really we end up supplementing the system with others. Its like a backbone for our project tracking but it has scoliosis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a user friendly solution for project tracking, use jira. Might be better used for engineering teams than marketing teams.

Jira - "must have" for team work
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to use. I also appreciate possibility to create your own dashboard, so that you can have all your task together and sort by priority. And you cn add code statement in commet, what is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, Jira hasn't disadvantages for me, right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I use Jira mainly on bug tracking. But in general, in my project,it's place also for implementation tasks and whole product management
Must have for teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like simplicity of Jira as well as the amount of control that one have. It is deffinetly one of the best id not the best tool dor teams. I can not even imagine how we would deal with even medium sized projects without Jira
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I do not even know if there is something that I straight away dislike. Probably the search bar across server could be a bit better but that is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira to manage projects as well as keep track of bug reports. We use Jira even during our meetings and we check our progress there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For sir give Jira a try. I am more than ceirtan that you will not be dissapointed
JIRA is both useful & frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
The best I like about it is being able to add multiple users to it and have watchers. Everyone knows what's going on and so that makes it easy for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface. It looks outdated and it could use a spruce up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems of people not bring in the loop of certain projects. But because of JIRAs notification preferences, everyone on the team is able to see what others are doing so everyone is in the loop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a bit to get used to, but once you understand it, it's easy.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everything works together so well. We use Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira for our Kanban and sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
We we are working on a dev card in Jira and there is a link, clicking that link does not open a new window, so you lose your place in that card unless you right click and say "Open in new tab". It is incredibly frustrating and lacking in foresight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are communicating as a team and sharing our thoughts and tasks with one another through Jira.
