  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is extremely helpful for managing individual tasks within a project. It makes tracking progress straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can become disorganized, but I believe this is mostly a result of our own internal processes rather than an issue with Jira itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jira, it is easy to open tickets for issues that need to be resolved, and we can monitor the progress of these fixes. Without Jira, keeping track of the status of each fix would be much more difficult.

Reliable Workflow Management and Great for Growing Teams

  • December 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira’s biggest strength is its flexibility. It allows teams to customize workflows, issue types, and dashboards based on how they actually operate. The visual boards—Kanban and Scrum—make it very easy to track progress across teams. Integrations with tools like Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Slack also make collaboration seamless. I like that everything from sprint planning to release tracking can happen in one place. The reporting features, especially burndown charts and velocity tracking, help teams plan better and continuously improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can feel heavy and complicated, especially for new users. The interface has a learning curve, and setting up workflows or permissions requires a lot of configuration. It can also become slow when dealing with very large projects or too many custom fields. Some features feel hidden behind multiple menus, which affects ease of use. Pricing can also become a downside for teams that scale quickly, as costs rise with user count.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us centralize all tasks, bugs, and product requirements in a single system. It brings structure to sprint planning and allows teams to track work from idea to deployment. For product teams, it improves visibility into priorities and timelines. For engineering teams, it simplifies bug tracking and ensures nothing is lost. Jira’s automation features also save a lot of manual effort by triggering updates and notifications. Overall, it improves transparency, reduces miscommunication, and keeps the entire team aligned.
