What do you like best about the product?
Query and reporting are the best features of Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email notification settings do not provide adequate granularity of controlling the condition on which notifications are sent resulting in too many emails sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product management and Bug tracking has become really easy with Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Jira incredibly valuable for its systematic task allocation and distribution system, which I use to efficiently organize tasks among different users. The sprint feature is another standout, facilitating the seamless initiation and completion of tasks, making project management much more efficient. I appreciate the product's ease of use and customization, which allows me to tailor the experience to my specific needs. Additionally, I benefit greatly from the feature that allows exporting tasks to Excel, as it lets me view and modify tickets locally without affecting the original data, providing a flexible approach to managing and reviewing project tasks offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that log hours cannot be modified once entered, which is crucial for updating task times accurately. The loading time is noticeably slow for large projects, which hampers efficiency. Additionally, there's no clear differentiation when duplicate tasks are created, causing potential confusion. When converting tickets to PDF or document formats, only essential content is included, excluding important sections like the author, reporter, or epic status, which limits the usefulness of such exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for task allocation and distribution, making it easy to start and end tasks with its sprint feature. It allows me to export tasks to Excel, aiding in offline modifications without affecting the source data.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to customize workflows, connect stories to test cases and defects, and monitor sprint progress in real time. What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Jira is that it tends to become slow and unnecessarily complicated if workflows and fields are not managed well. Additionally, the reporting features are quite limited unless you use plugins. Nevertheless, with effective governance, regular cleanup, and a well-organized dashboard, these challenges can be managed without much difficulty.

Jira addresses issues with visibility, traceability, and inconsistent workflows. It provides a single source of truth for tracking requirements, test coverage, defects, and the progress of sprints. What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable Jira is. Creating boards, workflows, and issue types that fit our team’s processes makes managing projects much easier. The reporting tools give clear visibility into progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel overwhelming at first. Setting up workflows and permissions takes some time, and some of the advanced features aren’t very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us keep track of all tasks, bugs, and feature requests in one place. It improves collaboration, ensures deadlines are met, and allows us to quickly identify bottlenecks. Overall, it helps the team stay organized and deliver projects on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it everyday on all my Brand's projects. I love I can organize all my work on Jira and keep track on all my pending. I can have a record from start to end. I can keep a fluid conversation with my collaborators and also give them feedback when I find some mistakes and do not meet the customer expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it is restricted by my Administrator but I'm unable to upload screenshots or images to my comments. Only PDFs, but it would be useful if it can be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create all the issues reported in this plataform.
We create all separated projects to be developed.
We can have all Brands mixed in one place, but at the same time with all features, to filter and have a live report of the achievements.

The ability to integrate with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, Confluence, and CI/CD systems makes Jira a central hub for planning and tracking work from start to finish.

Jira's biggest drawback is its complexity. The interface can be dense, especially for new users who see many menus and configuration options. Setting up workflows, screens, and custom rules might require deep knowledge or admin support. If a workspace has been poorly configured over time, Jira can become cluttered with unnecessary issue types, long forms, and confusing statuses.

Jira solves the problem of unorganized project work. Without Jira, teams often rely on scattered information across tools like Excel sheets, emails, and chat threads, making it difficult to track responsibilities and deadlines. Jira provides a structured and transparent system where everyone knows what they are working on, deadlines are clear, priorities are visible, progress is measurable, and collaboration becomes easier. Managers get visibility into team capacity and project status, while contributors get clarity on their individual tasks.
