Jira for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to work with Jira, additionally one can set up automations that take care of cumbersome or repetitive tasks. I use it on a daily basis to manage my own work and to check the progress of the teams and projects. It is integrated with our ticketing system so that the Customer Assistance team can assign work to the Development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to set up Jira correctly for Hybrid and Classic project management methodologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for both "run the business" and "change the business".
In the "run the business" part Jira is used for bug tracking, it is integrated with our ticketing system and it is how the Customer Assistance team (first level support) assigns work or requests support from specialized technical teams, such as the Development team (second level support).
In the "change the business" part, we use Jira to plan and manage projects, and also for product management, for the products created by our internal developers.

Help full in Issue report
What do you like best about the product?
This is very good product for error reports and solving issue reports, and I am working with multiple projects, so I can easily work with multiple projects with this single product, and the UI interface was good for managing tasks based on different statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face an issue with Jira when we have multiple projects, so it takes too much load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, this is very helpful to me in managing multiple projects and different issues with different statuses. So I can coordinate with the client easily.
Multifunctional ticketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is intuitive to use, with wide possibilites to customise. It allows to manage tasks and track the time. Atlassian support is always reponsive and available to assist with various queries and issues.
Implementing may take time, but once the project is launched, it is running well enough fo me to be able to forget how exaclty I did what (docummentation helps).
The schemes make settings really easy to apply.
Integration tools allow to use Excel, Teams, Slack, etc. with Jira quite smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The performance can be laggy.
It can be irritating when one is in hurry, but the website features load one by one and frustrating missclicks happen.

Jira is "the" tool we use to tack tasks and progress.
Jira keeps our projects Organized and Moving forward
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps our team stay on top of tasks and deadlines. I like that we can break projects down into smaller tickets, assign them, track progress all in one place. And it is easy to use interface, users can easily navigate things. And the board give a clear picture of what's in progress, what's done, and what's coming next. It's also easy to link related tasks so nothing gets lost. and we use Jira everyday for work. Once i connected with Jira team so Customer support gives you best treatment. they guide step by step.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing from my side, Jira gives us best service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me a lot, to keep our projects organized and track team member progress in which part of application they work and it helps manage priorities, and makes it clear who's working in what.
I can't imagine life without Jira
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone collaborating together - project managers, clients, testers, developers. Dashboards for the pointy haired types, timestamped conversations and screenshots/videos for the developer types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing falls off a cliff, it gets pretty expensive. An add on here, a plug in there, a few more users (because EVERYONE can use it). Just have to remind yourself what it'd be like without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to main uses for Jira: Planned work tracking, and bug/improvement/impromptu items tracking.
For the planned work, it lets us set goals and track the burn.
For the impromptu work, it makes sure nothing ever gets lost.

Powerful tool for agile project management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a very powerful and flexible system will dozens of plugins and integrations with third-party tools which allow us to effectively plan, monitor and improve our development processes over time. It is hard to find a competing product which offers as much functionality and third-party integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Jira is very customisable, it is a bit complicated to manage in the backend. As a Jira administrator, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of how Jira systems can be managed. However, Atlassian have been introducing a flurry of improvements to their tools over the past few months and I believe the Jira admin centre is next on their list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira enables us to effectively plan and monitor our development tasks. It also provides insights into the productivity of developers and the speed at which we can deliver meaningful value within the organisation. Atlassian's tight integration between the other tools on offer such as Atlassian Home Projects/Goals, Compass, Jira Service Management and Confluence are highly useful to create a single source of truth for managers, stakeholders and developers alike.
Great blend of features for service delivery and project management
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to having great out of box functionality that is easy to use and implement, Jira is really configurable and extensible so that it can integrate with both new and existing systems and processes.
Jira integrates well with the other products in the Atlassain stack, which when combined deliver a really powerful platform for IT service delivery, knowledge management, CMDB and project management.
When needed, Atlassian support are extremely responsive and absolutely do their best to resolve issues proactively and promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The internal reporting retention is limited to one year, which can be problematic. To get around this, I use a PowerBI plug-in, which works but shouldn't really be required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has helped us solve the competing demands of service and project delivery - using Jira's "plans" feature gives a comprehensive project portfolio overview making project management much more effective.
I think it is a solid tool fortracking projectprogressand managing tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira offers powerful toolsfor tracking tasks, bugs, and project progression. I really like how customizablethe workflows and dashbaords are. Using customized dashbaords I can track porject metrics, tasks, bugs status very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is it is time consuimng, it is bit of slow it takes time to load the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helpsme trackbug statuses easily with powerful filters options, so i don't have to follow up with each teammate or other teammates manually.
Enhancing Project Management with Jira.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is how it brings structure to project management and related tasks, measurable timelines and most importantly team collaboration all in one place. It significantly helps to keep everything transparent and trackable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Jira can be very tough for those who are new to it.
Its interface is not very intuitive also setting up workflows would require technical know. Jira is great however the steep learning curve can slow teams down initially

This structured approach enhances transparency, improves accountability and supports more efficient project execution.

My Experience Using Jira for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it easy to track tasks, bugs, and features in one place. I like how it supports Agile workflows like Scrum and Kanban, and how customizable the boards, filters, and workflows are. The integration with other tools (like GIthub, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack) is also a big plus for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. The UI has a learning curve, and some configurations (like custom workflows or permissions) can be complex. It can also become slow when working with large projects or lots of tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira primarily for project management, task tracking, and sprint planning. It helps us manage our software development workflow using Agile (Scrum/Kanban), track bugs, prioritize feature requests, and collaborate effectively across teams. We also use it to monitor progress, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
