What I like best about Jira is its balance between powerful features and ease of use. What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a powerful project management tool for working in an agile way within data and analytics organisations. It helps me in organising my current tasks, viewing backlog items and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
More analytical tools could be built in, less reports or tracking information gets lost. Can't locate any tickets via search options once they get closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira keeps everything organized in one place. The boards and workflow make it easy to see what's pending, in progress and completed. As a fresh developer It was really ease to use the Jira. It also integrates well with other tools, which makes collaboration smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm, Sometimes Jira can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users like when they recently came into tech stuff. There are so many options, filters and settings that is takes time to get used to. The interface can also be slow at times when dealing with larger projects ticket with larger descriptions which have diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me and my team members to track tasks, bugs and project progress without losing details. It ensures transparency, so everyone knows what stage the work is at. This saves a lot of time in follow-ups and keeps the team aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jira for about 2 years now. We have been using Jira to track bugs, stories, tasks and other workflow details related to projects. It can be easily be integrated with other applications like Github and Slack and it has very good permission managment features, overall easy to handle and understand and helps in day to day works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is initialy little complex to setup but with daily use it becomes a truely helpful tool for implementation to track progress. Support from helpdesk is delayed as observed.

Jira helps software development project tracking through planning, release, task assigning and recording solutions for future reference thereby standardizing SDLC.

Jira’s Slack integration is great, but it could improve with faster syncing, fewer notification overloads, and more advanced in-Slack actions.

Jira a Perfect Project Management Tool For Company and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
i'm a developer working in IT company our company uses JIRA for its product management and also i use jira for my task management. i like most about jira is it has a reach set of features to manage any big level complex project and track the project. features including many type of task you can create (like bug, improvement, suggestion, etc...), you can move the task from one stage to another by changing the status, Daily scrum meetings, sprinting the tasks, backlog task management etc are very helpful. also JIRA has same transparency for all team members of project so any one can audit the project status and it's timelines and tasks. Jira has a graphical reports that shows the overall project management with timelines and you can exports the data also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has a lot of configuration options so sometimes its confusing for non tech users to understand so JIRA has an steeper learning curve for user they start freshly, also for small company process sometimes becomes rigid for small projects to follow all rules and whole process of project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me to manage complex projects where multiple people are working on different tasks. it give me a clear structure for tracking issues, bugs, features requests and ongoing development. also i don't need to constantly ask teammates for updates - Jira shows progress in real time. also the automation task like ticket assign to correct person saves a lot of time. jira is also adding a AI powered solutions for task automation and better user experience like we can search JQL query in human language and jira search the data by converting it to JQL.
Easy to manage teams work
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is most usefull app to track teams work items. It allows me to create dashboars according to the diffeerent categories like Bugs, tasks , stories and improvements. I am using JIRA from past 4 years now and life is super easy after that. JIRA allows me to create fix versios and affected versions to track the lifecycle of the product on which i am working on. I use JIRA everyday to keep track of my teams daily work item work items. I can create my customize work flow in JIRA by doing this its easy to track the lifecycle of each story , task or improvement. It's super easy to integrate JIRA with the product and it allowas me to crete release notes. Also, it's easy for implementing process within my team. Even i use JIRA for PMS evaluation of my team members. The app is super stable so did'nt need to seek help from there customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In new release they change the layout of task bar. Before it was easy to find all the filters and dashboards created by me. Now all is shifted to left side bar which is kind of annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, JIRA allows me to keep track of working items and the deadlines. The auto refresh feature of dashboard always reflect current picture of items on which my team is working on and which member is taking time resolved issues so that i can guide him/her to complete the work in given time. After using JIRA it's easy to keep track of each released version of the product like what is new in which version and howmany issues we have solved in versions.
