An indispensable tool for a B2B startup
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot's UI, customer support and seamless integration between marketing and sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is very high, but grateful for a startup discount they offer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We heavily use Sequences, task lists, meeting links, Templates, Deal tracking, sales forecasting. These features save us time, help us keep all customer records in one place, prioritise work and collaborate internally.

Sales Database and Email Tracking - All at one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot's ability to track the email along with the inbuilt CRM that helps in using it as one stop solutions for Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the extension crashes. Also the location tracking shows incorrect result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop solutions for all your sales database and reporting & analytics requirements.

Make the extension more strong and Sky is the limit

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly UI&UX are the main features why I do truly enjoy working with HubSpot. Additionally, all the reporting & tracking features provides me with the clear overview of the website performance and allow me to target the right accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly the "task" field. Working with Salesforce for 2 years, I have to say that the dashboard at Salesforce was way more convenient for a day-to-day operations. Hubspot does not provide such a clear overview of a daily tasks + if I do create a task and then I fulfil it I need to delete it, otherwise it creates a double.
Perhaps my experience with Salesforce compromised my opinion, but I suggest HubSpot to have a look at the dashboard from SF, it is much easier to use!

HubSpot helps to strategise the accounts I am planning to target. The CRM tracks the performance of the website and provides me the insights who can be interested in the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need "easy to use" and not a super expensive CRM that does all the basics & more. I would deffinetley recommend HubSpot!

Good planning on the implementation is important to get the most out of the tool.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed, dashboard, features and ability to customize reports. The tool is very easy to navigate and the ability to add contacts and have the platform integrate with other tools is helpful. Hubspot will find relevant information regarding a business and fill in company information such as phone number, number of employees etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes slow to load. I would like to be able to change or customize the layout. There is really nothing else to dislike.

Organizes sales data and helps track leads and clients. We also use it to track historical sales data.
The recent innovations and embedding of AI has made it super useful

Some of the new features like AI-Powered Prospecting Agent, Signal Monitoring, Unified Data and AI Agents are great. The meeting tools is smarter than beofre with Prep/ recap/ mobile notetaker functions. The flexible views and smart CRM upgrades are also quite helpful

I think calling feature can be improved more.

The key problem we are trying to solve is making sales and account management activities smooth and efficient. The same has been quite achieved so far.

Go for it.
Make sure you explore all the features of Hubspot because you might get surprised on knowing that it can do more than that one thing you have been looking for.

It's so easy to ingrate current marketing efforts with the sales side

The dashboard could be more useful - as currently there's not a lot of functionality.

A Free CRM That Doesn't Require Painful Integrations With Your Marketing Software?
What do you like best about the product?
The complete integration with my HubSpot Marketing software. I don't have to worry about information not making it from my lead generation/marketing automation platform to my sales/CRM platform. Everything is in one place and completely interconnected!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities still require a bit more definition, sometimes it's hard to figure out what you can and can't report on with accuracy within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of our sales efforts and more visible accountability for our sales reps.

It's Salesforce lite but it has a number of major functions that help a highly integrated sales and marketing team become even better and more efficient. Make sure that both Sales and Marketing are bought in on this product and have a detailed strategy for implementing and maintaining everything within it.
