Best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Is very personalizable and we can easily track all the sales data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be even easier to use for the sales reps.

The mayor point it's resolving is the bad data we had before. Now we can see clearly.

Solid Sales Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple, straightforward with almost everything built natively. It’s also a win to have this in a system where our marketing and service teams operate. It simplifies our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to be able remove different pipelines by each relavent team.

Keeping everyone all on the same page across teams.

There was some bugs but after that it got better

Hubspot is a very useful CRM for startups

I’m able to do create new deals and work through my process for logging them in the CRM quickly

The UI feels a little outdated and I’m not sure if there is a dark mode which I’d like

The core CRM itself because it’s interconnected with a whole ecosystem of modules

It is so easy to use. Nearly intuitive. HubSpot gets what a business needs and delivers.

Sure, like anything, you need to get used to it. But once you do (and you do quickly), it's second nature.

I love the list functionality. It allows me to filter my contacts by any field I want which makes it a lot easier on my end to build targeted sales campaigns
