What do you like best about the product?
I love how sales hub enbables my entire sales team to stay connected, on target with goals, and connects information to our marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be some more integrations pre built with more phone systems for AI transcription!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem hubspot sales is solving is keeping a sales team on the same page with helpful and insightful metrics.

Automation and sales enablement features are impressive. Its easy to manage your contacts and plan your contact strategies.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost has to be balanced against what HubSpot can do. This isn’t for a small company but can scale from the free as you grow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all emails make it a breeze to handle contacts and leads across different sales team members.
The variety of things I could do from within the same platform is amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
As I said, I'm handling all this data about the clients, whether in a tabular format or as descriptions. I can even maintain my calendar that I send out to people and integrate it with my Google Calendar. Makes life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for most of the pages could be cleaner. Personally, I'm not sure how that could be done, but the current UI seems very cluttered and it's hard to find buttons sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The auto-logging of emails and calls, data management, the inbuilt calendar creator - all of these have been making my job easier.

It's very feature rich. So much to learn. It handles all the types of sales flows I know from B2B to b2c automated and manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn which makes it hard initially. But I don't think that's a fault as such.

Managing customer interactions calls and product purchase tracking.

Easy to use, clean interface. Not as expensive as other CRMs.

Certain integrations do not work well with Hubspot , and leads to glitches.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its clean and user-friendly interface, which made it easy for me to get started without a steep learning curve. The platform's all-in-one nature provides a single source of truth for all our customer data, from initial outreach to closing the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly useful, my biggest dislike is the significant cost increase as you scale up. The price for the Professional and Enterprise tiers feels quite high, especially considering that many essential features like sequences are only available at those levels.

HubSpot Sales Hub has helped me to save lot of time. Previously, I was using spreadsheets to track leads and sending follow-up emails one by one, which was time consuming. Since using HubSpot, I have gained a single platform that provides a clear and accurate view of every customer interaction. This has not only saved my time but has also improved my follow-up rate.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it is to get a clear overview of the entire sales pipeline. Having emails, calls, and meetings tracked in one place saves a lot of time and makes it easier to prioritize the right leads. The automation features, especially sequences and task reminders, have significantly improved our prospecting efficiency. On top of that, the interface is very user-friendly and quick to learn, even for new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller teams. Reporting can sometimes feel a bit rigid and requires manual adjustments to get the exact insights you’re looking for. Additionally, integrations with other systems can take some time to set up and may require extra support from HubSpot’s team.

HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us centralize all sales activities in one place, which eliminates the inefficiency of switching between different tools. It makes it much easier to track outbound calls, manage follow-ups, and maintain an accurate pipeline overview. With the analytics and performance management features, we’re able to clearly measure individual and team results, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates. Overall, it has streamlined our sales process, saved time, and given us better insights into how to prioritize the right deals.

A Reliable Sales Hub That Simplifies the Entire Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using HubSpot Sales Hub for a while now, and what I really appreciate is how it centralizes everything in one place. From tracking leads to managing pipelines and sending follow-ups, it takes a lot of the manual effort out of the sales process. It gives me an overview of all the deals our sales team has closed and the entire history as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
advanced reporting and analytics are only available starting at $800/month, and even then you may need costly add-ons to expand report quotas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I had leads scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and notes, and it was easy to lose track of follow-ups. With HubSpot, I can see my entire pipeline in one dashboard, automate reminders, and track engagement so I know exactly when to reach out.
